중학교 교사들의 교직만족 변인탐색 = Structural Model Verification for Middle School Teachers' Satisfaction

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to verify structural factors influencing to middle school teachers' satisfaction based on the data from teacher(grade 3) questionnaire of the 2005 3rd Annual Survey by Korea Education Longitudinal Study.
The subjects of this study was the middle school teachers in charge of the 3rd year class or a subject and total number was 2,594 excluding invalid respondents.
Frequency analysis and reliability inspection was performed and structural model was verified using AMOS. According to the study results, the principal leadership(task oriented , relation oriented) and the teacher efficiency(guidance efficiency, motivation ability, instructional efficiency) was influenced to career barrier(admanistrative role, life guidance). and career barrier was influenced to teacher satisfaction (satisfaction on the job and the current school). Also the principal leadership(task oriented , relation oriented) and the teacher efficiency tend to influence directly to teacher job satisfaction. Based on this study results, some implication was suggested for the improvement of teacher satisfaction and further study on this subject.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 <한국교육종단연구 2005-3차년도 조사>의 교사설문지(3학년)자료를 바탕으로 교직만족도에 영향을 미치는 변인들간의 구조를 확인하였다. 연구대상은 현재 중학교 3학년 학급의 담임 또는 교과를 담당하는 선생님으로 결측치를 제외한 2,594명이었다. 빈도분석, 신뢰도 검증을 하였고, AMOS로 구조모형을 검증하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 교장리더십(과업지향적 리더십, 인화지향적 리더십)과 교사효능감(교과지도 효능감, 학생관리 효능감)은 진로장벽(행정업무, 생활지도)에 영향을 주고, 진로장벽은 교직만족도(현직장만족도, 직업만족도)에 영향을 주었다. 따라서 진로장벽은 교장리더십과 교사효능감에 의해 영향을 받고, 교직만족도에 영향을 주는 매개변인임을 알 수 있다.
