군에서의 분노와 자해표현행동과의 관계에서 이차적 분노가 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Effect of Secondary Anger on the Relationship between Anger and Self-harm Behavior in the Military

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 군에서의 자해표현행동에 영향을 주는 심리적, 인지적 요인이 무엇이며 매개효과는 무엇인지 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 병사 255명을 대상으로 분노, 우울, 자해행위, 자해표현행동, 이차적 분노사고 척도를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 다중회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 분노와 자해표현행동의 관계에서 이차적 분노사고 중 타인비난/보복사고와 무력감사고가 매개효과를 나타내는지 검증하기 위하여 회귀분석 방법을 사용하였으며, 매개 유효성을 검증하기 위하여 Sobel Test를 사용하였다. 분석결과 분노, 우울, 자해행위의 세 개의 독립변인이 종속변인인 자해표현행동을 설명하는 것으로 나타났으며 특히 우울이 자해표현행동에 가장 큰 영향요인으로 나타났다. 분노는 이차적 분노사고인 타인비난/보복사고와 무력감사고를 매개로 자해표현행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 자해행동 치료를 위해 정서적 무력감과 타인비난/보복사고를 수정하는 개입이 필요함을 시사한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research is to find out psychological and cognitive factors which affect to educe self-harm behavior in the military, and to find out what is the mediating effect. The research was done to 255 soldiers. From the selected group of soldiers, data were collected using inventory on rage, depression, self-harm behavior, secondary anger-thought and multiple regression analysis were done with the collected data with SPSS WIN 18.0 program. In relation between anger and self-harm behavior, regression analysis was done to verify how secondary anger-thought, especially thought on blaming and retaliating against others and feeling of helplessness show mediating effect. Also Sobel Test was done to verify the effectiveness of these mediators. The result showed that independent variables of anger, depression, self-harm behavior explains its dependent variable, behaviors which expresses self-harm behavior, and especially depression influences the most. Anger influences self-harm impulse by the medium of blaming and helplessness which are secondary anger thought. These results shows that intervention is needed to modify the thoughts of helplessness and blaming others in order to cure self-harm behavior.
