사범대학생의 자기결정욕구, 진로태도성숙, 진로준비행동 및 진로결정의 구조적 관계 분석 = Analysis of the Structural Relations among Self-determination Need, Career Attitude Maturity, Career Preparatory Behaviors, and Career Decision

This study investigated the relationships between self-determination need, career attitude maturity, career preparatory behaviors, and career decision, and to explore the structural equation model of input-procedure-output framework in three independent variables and career decision. The participants were 356 undergraduates in college of education. It was found that career decision positively showed the highest correlations with career attitude maturity, career preparatory behaviors, and competence. Results of the structural equation model revealed self-determination need directly affected career decision and indirectly influenced career decision through career attitude maturity and career preparatory behaviors at once. And career attitude maturity have direct effect and indirect effect on career decision mediated by career preparatory behaviors. Furthermore, career attitude maturity displayed the highest direct effect on career decision, whereas self-determination need showed the highest indirect effect on career decision. It was discussed to develop and mange career program, career education, and career counseling effectively for college students.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 대학생들의 자기결정욕구, 진로태도성숙, 진로준비행동 및 진로결정간의 관련성을 알아보고, 선행연구결과들을 기초로 하여 세 개의 가설모형들을 설정한 후 이에 대한 적합성정도를 살펴보았다. 이 연구는 경남소재의 사범대학생 356명을 대상으로 하였으며, 그 결과 첫째, 진로결정은 진로준비행동, 진로태도성숙, 유능감과 관련성이 높으며, 진로태도성숙 중에서도 결정성과 관련성이 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 자기결정욕구는 직접적으로 진로결정에 영향을 미침과 동시에 진로태도성숙과 진로준비행동을 매개로 진로결정에 영향을 미쳤으며, 진로태도성숙은 직접적으로 그리고 진로준비행동을 매개로 간접적으로 진로결정에 영향을 미치는 모형이 가장 적합한 모형으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로태도성숙이 진로결정에 대한 직접적인 효과가 상대적으로 높았으며, 자기결정욕구는 진로결정에 대해 전체효과가 높게 나타났다. 이상의 결과들을 기초로 대학생들에게 적합한 진로결정프로그램 개발 및 운영에 대해 논의하였다.
