일대일로 전략과 중국의 크로스보더 전자상거래 발전방안 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

글로벌 경제 시대에 따라 크로스보더 전자상거래는 국제 무역 중의 작용과 지위가 점차 중요하게 지고 있는 것을 볼 수 있다. 2013년에 중국 국가 주석 시진핑이 “일대일로” 공동 건설에 대한 구상을 제안한 후에 크로스보더 전자상거래 산업은 일대일로 전략 중에 대대적인 지지를 받았다. 지금 중국과 일대일로 연선의 국가 간의 크로스보더 전자상거래 무역은 빠르게 전개하고 있는데 많은 요인을 미치고 있기 때문에 중국과 연선 국가 간의 크로스보더 전자상거래 무역은 아직 문제가 존재하고 있는 것을 볼 수 있다.
따라서 본 논문은 지금까지 중국 크로스보더 전자상거래 무역은 일대일로 전략 중의 발전현황과 정책을 통해 크로스보더 전자상거래 무역은 일대일로 전략 중에 어떤 문제점이 존재하고 있는지 분석하고 그 해결 방안을 모색하는 것이다.

In the global economic era, cross-border e-commerce can be seen to be increasingly important in the function and status of international trade. After China’s President Xi Jinping proposed a plan for a “The Belt and Road Initiative” joint construction in 2013, the cross-border e-commerce industry received massive support from one-on-one strategies.
The development of cross-border e-commerce in the "The Belt and Road Initiative" strategy is an important factor to promote China's financial payment industry and international logistics industry, as well as an important channel for China's cross-border e-commerce enterprises to leave the country and go to the world. However, cross-board e-commerce enterprises are facing many problems due to policy changes in the external environment and inadequate internal development services.
With the support of the state's encouragement policy, the development trend of cross-border e-commerce enterprises is still optimistic. However, cross-border e-commerce enterprises and government agencies still need to conduct more in-depth discussion and Study on the payment process, logistics services, platform promotion and the professionalism of employees in various departments and improve them. It will provide a more powerful support platform and environment for the development of cross board e-commerce enterprises.
