다문화가정 청소년의 사회통합형범죄안전지표 개발을 위한 기초 연구 - 비행위험성 요인 간 상관관계 분석을 중심으로 -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현재 다문화가정 자녀수는 총207,693명으로 지속적인 증가추세를 보이고 있다. 이들이 겪는 비행과 피해는 우리 사회의 위험과 불가분하게 연결되어 있으며, 국가적비용발생과도 밀접한 관련을 맺고 있다. 또한, 다문화가정 청소년은 비행위험성 요인이 비행의 경험과 피해에 복합적으로 영향을 미치고 있음에도 불구하고, 그동안 다문화가정 청소년과 관련된 논의 및 정책적 관심은 한국어 교육 등과 같은 사회복지적인 측면과 같이 지극히 제한된 활동만을 유지해오고 있을 뿐 다문화가정 청소년의증가로 인하여 치루어야 할 사회적 위험과 국가적 비용에 대해서는 논의된 바가 거의 없다. 이에 이 연구에서는 향후의 본격적인 다문화가정 청소년의 사회통합형 범죄안전지표구축을 위한 자료를 얻기 위해 실시한 기초 조사(pilot study)로서, 비행위험성 각요인간의 관계정도를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 전국의 다문화가정의 범주 중 “결혼이주민가정의 자녀, 외국인근로자가정의 자녀”를 대상으로 한정하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이 연구의 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다문화가정 청소년의 비행위험성 요인간 상관관계 분석을 실시한 결과, 각비행위험성 요인간에는 유의미한 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 국가관 및 문화요인과 관련된 상관변수로는 학교생활 및 친구관련 요인인‘친구의지지, 교사의지지, 학교생활정도, 비행친구정도’이며, 개인심리적 요인인 ‘자아존중감, 자아탄력성, 삶의 만족도’, ‘비행경험’, ‘비행피해 경험’으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학교생활 및 친구관련 요인과 관련된 상관변수로는 개인심리적 관련요인인‘자아존중감, 자아탄력성, 삶의 만족도’, ‘비행경험’, ‘비행피해 경험’으로 나타났다. 넷째, 개인심리적 요인과 관련된 상관변수로는 ‘비행경험’, ‘비행피해 경험’으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 비행피해 요인과 관련된 상관변수로는 비행경험으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 다문화가정 청소년의 비행 발생 및 피해를 예방하기 위한정확한 비행위험성 인지의 필요성과 사회통합형 범죄안전지표개발을 통해 다문화가정 청소년의 위험상황에 대해 예측함으로써 범죄로의 발전가능성을 적절히 통제해야 할필요성을 보여준다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Currently there are a total of 207,693 children from multicultural families as an increasing trend. These are an integral part of our society and a flight risk and suffering connected to, and is closely associated with the national costs are excessive. To do this, define categories of multiculturalism across the country "marriage migrant children of foreign workers-defined child home" set for the survey. Summary of analysis results of this study are as follows. First, the risk factors for delinquency from multicultural families of flight as a result of cross-correlation analysis, the risk factors of each flight a meaningful correlation between things. Second, the business and cultural factors and relevant matter related to the school life and friends as a factor in support of the 'friends, teachers, school life, delinquency private, psychological factor and the degree of 'friends' self-esteem, ego resilience, life satisfaction', 'delinquency experience', 'delinquency experience' risk. Third, school life and friends-related factors related to an individual as a matter related to the psychological factor' self-esteem, ego resilience, life satisfaction', 'delinquency experience', 'delinquency experience' risk. Fourth, personal and psychological factors associated with care as 'delinquency experience', 'delinquency experience' risk. Fifth, delinquency risk factors and showed the flight experience by the mind which is associated with. These findings have caused a flight of delinquency from multicultural families and to prevent risk to the need of social risks is the correct flight safety indicators through the development of an integrated crime from multicultural families of delinquency at risk and the possibility of development of a crime by a prediction about the situation and the need to properly control.
