복합리조트 개발 활성화를 위한 전략 연구: 동부산관광단지 개발 사례를 중심으로 = A study on strategies for activating Integrated Resort development: Focused on Case study of East Busan Tourist Complex

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study first conducted a case analysis on development of a tourist complex, which is one of integrated Resort types, from spatial angles and then aimed to extract problems and search for measures to resolve them in order to promote development of integrated resorts that is carried forward by the public such as the central government, local governments and others. As far as the study understood from the aspect of planning, even at the initial stage of the business, experts in every field should be used as people in charge of the business development and they will establish these development plans focusing on investors and consumers. In terms of marketing, proactive investment promotion marketing strategies must be designed. As for systems, the public sector that is trusted by private investors should carry out advance investment and advance construction and in addition, regarding legal systems, support and improvement must be needed. Since this study reached strategic implications through a single case when it had not yet gained any sufficient references to refer to from previous researches on complex resort development, there could be a limit that promotion strategies would be possibly influenced by market environment, business characters, main agents who would proceed the strategies and others but considering how the case which the study had applied to its research is the case of integrated Resort in the middle of active development, the study believes that what it had discussed will make practical contributions.
