내부장애인의 취업상태 및 임금수준에영향을 미치는 요인 = The Study of Factors that Affect the Employment Status and Wagesof the People with Disabilities in the Internal Organs of the Body

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 2013년 장애인경제활동실태조사를 활용하여 내부장애인의 취업상태와 임금수준에 영향을 미치는 요인을 인구학적 요인, 인적자본 요인, 장애 요인 및 일자리 요인으로 나누어 살펴본 후 내부장애인의 취업상태를 유지하고 임금수준을 향상시키기 위한 정책적, 실천적 대안을 제시하고자 하였다.
분석결과는 첫째, 내부장애인의 취업상태 유지에 영향을 미치는 요인은 성, 배우자유무, 가구주여부, 수급자여부, 장애발생연령으로 나타났다.
둘째, 임금수준에 영향을 미치는 요인은 배우자유무, 학력, 근속기간, 사업체규모, 종사상지위로 나타났다.
분석결과를 토대로 한 내부장애인의 취업상태 유지 및 임금수준에 대한 개선방향으로는 첫째, 국민건강보험에서 실시하는 생애전환기 건강검진 대상의 연령을 40대 이상에서 30대 이상으로 낮추고 검진항목을 점진적으로 확대해야 한다.
둘째, 고학력일수록, 근속기간이 길수록, 사업체규모가 클수록 고임금을 받을 가능성이 높았으므로 각각의 내부장애 특성에 맞는 직업훈련을 실시하고 취업으로 연계되도록 해야 한다.
셋째, 내부장애인이 근로를 해도 소득이 낮아지지 않도록 각종 소득보장제도에 제도적인 보완을 기해야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The primary purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that have influence on the employment status and wage levels of the people with disabilities in the internal organs of the body.
The data used for this study is from 2013’s Survey on the Economic Activities of the Disabled.
The results of this study are summarized as follows.
First, the factors that are statistically significant that influence the employment status of the people with disabilities in the internal organs of the body were found to be sex, marital status, whether or not householder, whether or not beneficiary, and the age in which the disability.
Secondly, the statistically significant factors that affect the determination of wage levels have been found to be marital status, level of education, job longevity, scale of the enterprise, and employment status.
Based on the results of the analysis so far, it is possible to provide recommendation for the direction of improvement related to employment status maintenance and wage levels of the people with disabilities in the internal organs of the body.
First, the age of life carried out in the National Health Insurance turning point health diagnosis subjects must be lowered by more than 30 generations in their 40s or more and should gradually expand medical screening entries.
Secondly, it is important to improve the human capital of people with disabilities in the internal organs of the body because there was a higher probability that those working in large companies and have higher level of education were susceptible to higher wages.
Third, it is necessary to have variety of complementary institutional public assistance.
