      본 연구는 태권도 선수 14명을 대상으로 12주간의 고유수용성 감각 코어 운동 프로
      그램을 실시하고 요부 안정성과 기능적 움직임(FMS)을 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과
      같다.
      1. 요부의 안정성 평가는 실험 전과 비교하여 실험 후 11회 증가하여 통계적으로 유의한
      차이가 있었다.
      2. 기능적 움직임 평가(FMS)는 코어 근력과 관련된 검사 항목으로 Trunk stability
      push-up과 Rotary stability를 측정하였다.
      1) Trunk stability push-up은 실험 전과 비교하여 실험 후 0.93점 증가하여 통계적으로
      유의한 차이가 있었다.
      2) Rotary stability는 실험 전과 비교하여 실험 후 0.85점 증가하여 통계적으로 유의한
      차이가 있었다.
      이상의 연구 결과는 12주간의 고유수용성 감각 코어 운동 프로그램은 태권도 선수의
      요부 안정성과 기능적 움직임의 긍정적인 변화를 나타냈다.
      이는 태권도의 개정된 경기 규칙에 따라 체간 회전을 이용하는 발차기 기술에 긍정적인
      영향을 주어 선수들의 경기력 향상에 도움을 줄 것이며, 발차기 도중 반복되는 체간 회전
      동작으로 인한 부상의 위험을 예방할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
      본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 향후 후속 연구에서는 고유수용성 감각 코어 운동 프로
      그램의 효과를 검증하고 일반화하기 위하여 대상의 표본 숫자를 늘리고, 다양한 강도의
      불안정한 지면을 활용하여 불안정성 증가에 따른 체간의 안정성과 기능적 움직임에
      관한 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
