기독대학생의 자아탄력성과 대인관계가 영적 안녕감에 미치는 영향 = The Influence of Resilience and Interpersonal Relationships on Spiritual Well-being in Christian University Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Objectives This study aims to examine the relationships between resilience, interpersonal relationships, and spiritual well-being among Christian university students, and to identify the factors influencing spiritual well-being.
Methods A survey was conducted with 336 Christian university students in Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0, employing frequency analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé post-hoc test, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis.
Results Firstly, significant differences were found in resilience, interpersonal relationships, and spiritual well-being according to the demographic background of the students. Secondly, there were positive correlations between resilience, interpersonal relationships, and spiritual well-being. Thirdly, resilience had a 42% influence on spiritual well-being, while interpersonal relationships had a 23.7% positive influence.
Conclusions Considering the impact of resilience and interpersonal relationships on spiritual well-being, this study suggests that churches and faith communities should seek ways to enhance interpersonal relationships and support activities that improve resilience to elevate the spiritual well-being of Christian university students.
