미술관 교육 프로그램 평가준거 개발 연구 - CIPP평가 모형을 중심으로 - = A Study of the Assessment Model for Art Museum Educational Programs

Much attention has recently been paid on discussions of how to revitalize public art museums. Especially the educational programs provided at an art museum have been diversified but still not systematized enough to free themselves from individual tastes of a person in charge or a head of the art museum. It is timely to devise assessment models for the educational programs of an art museum. Those assessment models might mirror a complex nature of museum education itself, which require museum assessment, art education assessment and lifelong education program assessment. The assessment of the art museum programs can be considered part of lifelong education in terms of its processing within an individual museum's self-appraisal framework and under the school arts curriculum. The programs also target people of all generations. This study tries to present a basic model, based on CIPP among others. shows its confines and potentials and eventually encourages active discussions in Korea where few researches on the issue have been done.
