인권기반 서비스 제공이 장애인의 자립의지에 미치는 영향 -자기결정권 보장의 조절효과를 중심으로- = The Effect of Human Rights-Based Service on Self-Reliance in People with Disabilities: Focused on the Moderating Effect of the Guarantee of Self-Determination

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Unlike recent environmental changes of a human rights system in our society, people with disabilities using residential facilities for the disabled are usually alienated from discussion on human rights. This study conducted an empirical research on their human rights situations by using the text of the Welfare for the Disabled Act as an analysis framework. Specifically, this study examined the effect of human rights-based service(life support service, human rights protection, and rehabilitative measures) on self-reliance (personal self-reliance and social self-reliance) and analyzed the mediating effect of the guarantee of self-determination between two variables. The study procedure was made in the order of developing items for human rights-based service, pilot survey, and main survey. As a result, it was found that higher perception of life support service, human rights protection, and rehabilitative measures by people with disabilities using the facilities had a more positive(+) effect on personal self-reliance, whereas it did not influence social self-reliance. Also, the mediating effect of the guarantee of self-determination was significant only between life support service and personal self-reliance.
