공유업무시설 개발사업 분석 : 헤이그라운드 빌딩 사례

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 몇 년간 매우 빠르게 발전한 인터넷 기술을 통해 우리의 생활방식과 이전의 생활방식이 크게 변화하였다. 그리고 공유경제라는 개념은 점차 우리의 일상 속으로 들어오고 있다.
공유경제의 빠른 발전과 다양화된 형태를 통해 개인과 그룹의 유휴자원의 활용률을 높일 수 있다. 이렇게 하면 자원과 공간의 낭비를 줄일 수 있다.
동시에 성수동 사례를 통해 성수동 주변　환경과 공업구역의 토지규모에 대해 소개한다.　헤이그라운드 빌딩에 대한 분석과 정리 방식과 헤이그리드의 공유업무시설 실행 방법에 대한 분석과 공유업무시설의 발전 방향에 대해서도 전망한다.　첫째, 타 코워킹 공간과의 협업을 통한 공간 한계의 극복, 둘째, 완벽한 생태계구축, 셋째, 소비자와 만나는 공간의 활성화 노력의 필요성 넷째, 지역사회를 기반으로 한 열린 공간의 확대를 제시하였다.

In recent years, our lifestyle and previous lifestyle have changed drastically through the rapid development of Internet technology. And the concept of a shared economy is gradually coming into our daily lives.
The rapid development of the shared economy and diversified forms can increase the utilization of idle resources for individuals and groups, which can reduce the waste of resources and space.
At the same time, it introduces the surrounding environment of Seongsu-dong and the land size of the industrial zone through the case of Seongsudong. Analysis and arrangement method of Hayground Building and Hay Grid's analysis of sharing facility implementation method and direction of development of shared facilities are also expected.
