초등학생의 자기효능감, 내재 동기, 창의적 성향 간의 구조적 관계 = The Structural Relationship among Self-efficacy, Intrinsic Motivation, and Creative Personality of Elementary School Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 초등학생의 자기효능감, 내재 동기, 창의적 성향 간의 구조적 관계를 파 악하고, 배경변인별로 구조적 관계에 어떠한 차이가 있는지 밝히는 데 목적이 있다. 먼저, 초등학생의 자기효능감, 내재 동기, 창의적 성향 관련 변인의 구조 모형의 적합도 검증 결과, 이론모형은 적합한 수준이었다. 자기효능감이 내재 동기에 미치 는 영향력은 .759, 내재 동기에서 창의적 성향은 .448로 나타났고, 자기효능감이 창의 적 성향에 미치는 영향력은 .396으로 나타났다. 따라서, 자기효능감은 내재 동기에 유의한 영향력이 나타났고, 내재 동기는 창의적 성향에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으 로 나타났다. 특히, 내재 동기는 자기효능감과 창의적 성향 사이에 매개효과가 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 다음으로, 초등학생의 자기효능감, 내재 동기, 창의적 성향 간의 구조적 관계는 배 경변인별(성별, 지역별, 학년별)로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 판단할 수 있었다. 배 경변인별 연구 종합 모형의 적합도 검증 결과, 성별로는 남학생의 연구 모형은 부적 합하였고, 여학생의 연구 모형은 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 또 지역별로는 도시지역 학생의 연구 모형은 적합한 것으로 나타났고, 농촌지역 학생의 연구 모형은 부적합 한 것으로 나타났으며, 학년별로는 4학년 학생과 6학년 학생 모두 이 연구 모형이 적 합한 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship among self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation, and creative personality of elementary school students. The research hypotheses were as follows: 1. There will be a structural relationship among self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation and creative personality of elementary school students. 2. There will be a difference among demographic variables like self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation and creative personality of elementary school students. A pilot study was conducted with 1345 elementary students as a subject of the research to validate the 72 questionnaire items. The responses were analysed for the effect of students self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation on elementary school students creative personality through multiple correlation analysis and the structural equation modeling. The results of the study were as follows: First, there were a structural relationship among self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation and creative personality of elementary school students. Students self-efficacy influenced motivational traits and an influence of motivational traits on creativity. Second, there were found differences structural relationship in demographic variables among self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation and creative personality of elementary school students. Male students showed proper than female students, students in urban areas had proper than students in rural areas, and fourth graders and sixth grades showed proper in creativity.
