상담윤리 결정모델을 통한 상담자 윤리교육의 필요성 = Counselor Ethics Education Through Ethical Decision-Making Process Model

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구에서는 상담전문가가 기존에 제시된 윤리적 의사결정 모델을 중심으로 상담현장에서 일관성 있는 윤리적 의사결정을 내릴 수 있도록 상담자 윤리 교육이 이루어져야 함을 강조하는데에 목적이 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 관련 선행연구를 토대로 상담교육에서의 윤리적 기준, 윤리적 판단기준, 윤리적 의사결정 모델, 윤리적 의사결정의 우선순의 틀로 정리하고, 우리나라에서의 전문가 윤리의 실태 및 상담윤리교육의 필요성에 대해 제시하였다. 연구결과, 상담윤리를 상담실제에 기초한 모델을 다시 개인적 차원의 모델, 사회적 차원의 모델, 사회문화적 맥락을 고려한 의사결정, 법과 윤리적 원칙이 충돌할 때 상담자가 고려해야할 요인과 실천방안, 한국 사회에서 실제적으로 활용될 수 있는 상담윤리 결정모델들과 지속적인 효과성 연구 등의 시사점을 도출하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to help psychologic counselors make right decision making by suggesting various of multiple methods based on ethics and philosophy for making ethical decisions especially when they're involved in an ethical dilemma situation. From reviewing the existing studies of counselor ethics and ethical decision-making processes, we recognized the necessity of counseling ethic acutely and this study emphasizes the importance of educating counseling ethics. For reaching the purpose of this study, we reassembled the important basic topics based on relevant precedent studies of counseling psychology. With suggesting the importance of the counseling ethic, this study foucuses on 4 topics including Ethical standards in counseling psychology, ethical decision-making standards, ehtical decision-making process model and priority of ethical decision-making.
This study found personal adoptable ethical counseling model and social adoptable ethical counseling model based on real counseling practices, decision-making method considering sociocultural environment, practical ethical counseling decision-making models applicable to Korean society and research of continuous efficaciousness and their implications.
