해결중심 집단프로그램이이혼가정 아동의 심리적 적응에 미치는 효과-탄력성, 이혼지각, 부정적 정서를 중심으로- = Effects of Solution-Focused Groups on the Psychological Adaptation of Children with Divorced Parents: Resilience, Divorce Recognition, Depression, and Anxiety

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 이혼가정 아동을 대상으로 해결중심 집단프로그램을 개발하고, 이를 적용하여 그 효과성을 검증하여 궁극적으로 아동의 심리적 적응을 돕고자 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 서울지역 초등학교 고학년 이혼가정 자녀 27명에게 주 2회 총 8회기 해결중심 집단프로그램을 실시하였다. 참여 및 대조집단 구성원을 대상으로 이들의 탄력성, 이혼지각, 부정적 정서(우울, 불안)가 사전․사후․추수검사의 변화 패턴에서 차이가 있는지를 검증하기 위해 각 집단 내 검사 시기에 따라 평균과 표준편차를 산출하였으며, 시기별 점수 차이가 있는지 알아보기 위하여 집단과 시기를 독립변인으로 한 혼합이원변량분석을 실시하였다. 해결중심 집단프로그램에 참여한 집단에서 탄력성과 우울 수준의 변화는 유의하지 않았으나 긍정적 이혼지각으로의 변화, 불안의 감소가 유의하게 나타났다. 한편 사전-사후-추수검사의 변화를 분석한 결과, 해결중심 집단프로그램의 참여집단은 긍정적인 이혼지각으로 유의하게 증가되었다가 유지되는 것으로 나타났으며, 불안이 유의하게 감소되었다가 유지되는 것으로 나타나 프로그램 효과가 지속되는 것으로 나타났다. 해결중심 집단프로그램은 이혼가정 아동의 긍정적인 이혼지각으로의 변화, 불안의 감소와 같은 심리적 적응에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Objectives: The first objective of this study was to closely examine the characteristics of children with divorced parents through existing studies and to develop a solution-focused group program that applied effective play and reading interventions for the children based on the philosophy of solution-focused approaches. The second objective was to explore the effects of the solution-focused group programs on the psychological adaptation of children with divorced parents. Methods: In order to evaluate the psychological adaptation of the children participating in the study, the researchers conducted a pre-test with the children before they participated in the first session and a post-test after they finished the last session. The researchers also conducted a follow-up test two months after the program ended. Finally, the researchers conducted a mixed two-way ANOVA to verify the differences between the participating group and the control group. Results: Children who participated in the solution-focused group program showed significantly higher positive divorce recognition and significantly lower anxiety than the children in the control group. These effects were still evident 2 months after the program ended. Differences in resilience and depression between the participating group and the control group were not statistically significant. Conclusions: This solution-focused group program was effective for improving divorce recognition and decreasing anxiety.
