뇌성마비 아동용 한국형 섭식 기능 평가 도구 개발의 기초 연구 = 내용 및 구인 타당도 측정

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of this study was to develop an assessment method for Korean feeding abilities in children with cerebral palsy. This was particularly focused on children who have developed feeding disabilities from an early developmental stage. The texture of Korean food and various everyday feeding methods were taken into account in the development of the assessment method. The developed assessment method was then validated by various occupational therapists and speech therapists, who routinely deal with children with feeding disabilities. The mean contents validity for speech mechanism and non-speech mechanism functions were 4.75/5 and 4.81/5, respectively, suggesting that the parameters of the newly developed method were verified. Also, this study was carried out to determine the construct validity of this assessment method in typically developing children. Food texture and feeding methods appeared to be significantly related to feeding functions. The results of this study suggest that the contents and parameters of Korean assessment method for feeding abilities in children with cerebral palsy are valid. The results also confirm that the developed assessment method is highly efficient in evaluating oral functions.
