태권도 선수들의 열정이 의도적 연습과 수행만족에 미치는 영향: 자율성 지지의 조절된 매개효과 검증 = The Effects of Taekwondo Players` Passion on Deliberate Practice and Performance Satisfaction: Moderated Mediating Effect of Autonomy Support

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate mediating effect of deliberated practice in the relationship between passion and performance satisfaction, moderating effect of autonomy support in the relationship between passion and deliberate practice, and moderated meditating effect of autonomy support in the relationship between passion and performance satisfaction through deliberate practice. The participants were 210 collegiate players and business team players who were participating 2015 President-Cup National Taekwondo Competition and National Player Trials. Taekwondo players completed a questionnaire measuring both type of passion, deliberate practice, autonomy support from coachers and performance satisfaction. The major findings were as follows. First, the relationship between obsessive passion and performance satisfaction was partially mediated by deliberate practice. Second, the effect of the obsessive passion on deliberate practice vary depending on the moderating role of coacher``s autonomy support. Third, a mediating effect obsessive passion of performance satisfaction improvement through deliberate practice moderated by the level of autonomy support received from the coach. The present finding highlight the importance of the concept of passion, deliberate practice and autonomy support for understanding performance in sport.
