유아개인, 가정환경, 지역변인에 따른 유아의 문제행동 연구 = A Study of Young Children"s Personal, Familial, and Neighbourhood Variables Related on Problem behavior

국문 초록 (Abstract)

  본 연구에서는 유아의 개인 변인, 가정환경변인, 지역변인과 유아의 문제행동과의 관련성을 살펴보았다. 유아의 개인변인으로 기질, 도덕성, 사회적 유능감을, 가정환경변인으로 부모의 양육태도, 지역변인으로 강남과 강북으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 연구대상으로는 강남(서초구)과 강북(노원구) 유치원과 어린이집 만 5세 유아 134명과 어머니 134명을 선정하였으며, 유아의 기질과 부모양육태도, 유아행동체크리스트는 부모평정 설문지로, 유아의 또래 간 사회적 유능감은 교사평정 설문지로 체크하였다. 유아의 도덕성은 연구자가 기관을 방문하여 유아와 일대일 면접을 통하여 검사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 12.0으로 분석하였다. 연구결과. 첫째, 유아의 기질특성 중 활동수준, 반응강도가 외현화 문제행동과 적응성과 접근철회성은 내재화 문제행동과 높은 상관을 보였다. 사회적유능감에서는 유아의 정서조절, 사회적 지식, 대인관계기술과 문제행동과 부적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 부모의 양육태도가 애정적, 수용적일수록 문제행동과 부적상관을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경제적ㆍ환경적 수준이 낮은 지역(강북)에 사는 유아가 경제적 환경적 높은 지역(강남)에 사는 유아보다 외현적 문제행동이 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 유아의 문제행동에 대한 설명력은 기질, 부모양육태도, 사회적 유능감, 지역 변인순으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

  The purpose of this study was not only to analyze a casual relationship of children"s problem behavior and related variables(children"s temperament, social competence, morality, parenting style) but also to investigate neighborhood effects(economical and environmental difference}. Subjects were 134 parents and 134 children. Instrumentations were questionnaire from the children temperament scale, parenting style scale, children"s social competence scale, morality and children"s problem behavior scale. Data analysis was by t-test, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, children"s temperament, social competence, and morality were related to children"s problem behavior. Second, there was significant difference between children who live in high level neighborhood(economical and environmental) and children who live in low level neighborhood(economical and environmental). Third, children"s temperament, parent,"s style were the important predicting variable in children"s problem behavior.
