놀이치료과정에 나타난 우울한 내담아동과 치료자의 상호작용의 변화: 대상관계이론을 중심으로 = A qualitative study on change of interaction between depressed schoolchild and therapist during playtherapy process: focused on the object relations theory

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 놀이치료과정 중에 나타난 우울한 내담아동과 치료자와의 상호작용의 변화단계를 대상관계이론의 관점에서 분석하는 것이다. 연구대상은 우울증을 가진 초등5년 남아 1명이다. 자료는 우울아동의 놀이치료 33회의 비디오 전사물, 현장기록노트와 부모상담 등이다. 수집된 자료들은 Spradley의 참여관찰연구법을 기초로 하여, 영역분석(domain analysis), 분류분석(taxonomic analysis) 및 성분분석(componential analysis)등의 문화기술법으로 분석되었다. 우울한 내담아동과 치료자와의 상호작용의 변화단계를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 초기 단계는 외적 대상인 치료자와 환경에 대한 소극적 상호작용의 단계, 중기단계는 내적대상인 부모에 대한 교정적 상호작용의 단계와 자기표상의 자신에 대한 교정적 상호작용의 단계, 마지막으로 종결단계는 외적 대상이 확대된 또래와 사회적 상호작용의 단계로 분석되었다. 본 연구결과는 우울아동의 내적 대상과 자기 대상이 어떻게 교정되고 통합되어 사회적 관계가 확대되어 가는지에 대한 시사점을 제공해 줄 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to analyze change of interaction between depressed schoolchild and therapist during 33 session of play therapy process. The subject is a eleven-years old boy who had depression because of parent child relation problem. Data were collected with observation method and analyzed by ethnographic method. The change of interaction in depressed schoolchild and therapist were identified as follows: 1)the passive interaction stage with external object through child's need for safety and protection 2)the corrected interaction stage about internal object-parents through regression, projection, and projective identification 3)the corrected interaction stage about self-representations through self-statement, projection, and positive projective identification 4)the expanded interpersonal relationships interaction stage to peer and social objects. The significance of this study will be the valuable source for understanding interaction stage in play therapy process.
