여대생의 진로장벽 인식이 정신건강에 미치는 영향과 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과에 관한 연구 = Mediating Effects of Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy in the Relation between Perceived Career Barriers and Mental Health among Female College Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examines the effects of perceived career barriers and career decision-making self-efficacy on mental health among female college students. Data from 111 female college students was analyzed through t-test, Pearson`s correlation, reliability analysis and multiple regression, using the SPSS 12.0. The mediation hypothesis was established according to the analysis method of Baron & Kenny(1986) for testing mediation effects of career decision-making self-efficacy on the relation between perceived career barriers and mental health. As a result, perceived career barriers decrease mental thealth and career decision-making self-efficacy. And the results of the hypothesis test confirm that career decision-making self-efficacy has full-mediation effect as a mediator variable. Implications for helping professions who are working for college students are discussed.
