특수교사가 지각하는 발달장애학생의 학교급별 부모의 수행역량 탐색 = A Study on the Performance Competency of the Parents of Students with Developmental Disabilities by School Levels, Perceived by Special Education Teachers

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to investigate the performance competency of the parents of students with developmental disabilities by school levels, perceived by special education teachers in terms of parental education. For this purpose, this study selected a total of fifteen special education teachers, five with much experience in parental education while taking charge of education for students with developmental disabilities by school levels (preschool, elementary and junior high and high school). There were discussion seminar in accordance with the multi-layered process to parents`` performance competency perceived by study participants. As participants held discussion seminar based on the multi-layered process, the elements of parents`` performance competency organized according to the relevant school levels were composed, mutually sharing those organized by other school levels. As a result of this study, parents`` performance competency was shown to be organized in terms of mutually connected and integrated contents by school levels of students with developmental disabilities. In addition, the implications of parents`` performance competency viewed with participants`` expectations and perceptions were discussed in terms of parental education for students with developmental disabilities.
