유아기 사회성 및 인지·언어 발달 영향요인 분석 = Effects of Sociality and Cognitive-Language Development in Early Childhood

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examines the effects of sociality and cognitive-language development in infant on temperament, parenting characteristics and childcare teachers` efficacy using the 6th data of Panel Study on Korean Children. It set the basic assumption that temperament, parenting characteristics and childcare teachers` efficacy in infant(49~55 month) have causal relationship in sociality and cognitive-language development. Measurement variables are infant temperament, parental education level and parenting attitude, childcare teachers’ efficacy and sociality, cognitive-language development. This study compared the two groups (father and mother) by using Structural Equation Model. The analysis program be used SPSS and LISREL.
The results of analysis showed that infant temperament on sociality development, mother’s education level on cognitive-language development had the positive influences. Expect for the paths had no effects. But if childcare teachers` efficacy be mediated, No effects paths had the positive effects.
It is considered that these research results confirmed the effects of causal relationship of teachers` efficacy in infant on sociality and cognitive-language development and will be available as information for healthy development of infant and enhancement of parenting activities.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 한국아동패널 5차 데이터를 사용하여 유아기질, 부모 양육배경, 보육기관 교사 특성이 유아기 사회성 및 인지․언어발달에 미치는 인과관계 효과를 탐색하고 있다. 분석 맥락은 일차적으로 유아기질, 부․모 학력이 유아기 사회성 및 인지․언어발달에 미치는 영향을 확인하였으며, 그 다음으로 부․모양육태도와 교사효능감이 유아발달에 매개 효과가 있는지 확인하였다. 분석변수는 유아기질, 부․모학력, 부․모양육태도, 교사효능감, 사회성발달 그리고 인지․언어발달이며 아버지와 어머니의 모형으로 구조방정식모형을 설정하여 비교 분석하였다. 분석을 위해 사용한 프로그램은 SPSS와 LISREL이다.
분석결과, 아버지와 어머니 학력에 따라 유아 발달에 미치는 영향이 차이가 있었고, 두 모형의 공통적인 결과는 유아기질이 사회성 발달에 미치는 영향과 교사효능감이 유아기 사회성 및 인지․언어발달에 미치는 영향이다. 더 나아가 아버지학력은 교사효능감을 매개하여 사회성 발달에 미치는 효과만이 유의한 효과를 나타내는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 유아기 사회성 및 인지․언어발달은 보육기관 교사효능감의 효과가 크다는 것을 확인해 주고 있다. 이 연구 결과는 유아기 건강한 발달을 조력하는데 필요한 중요한 정보를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
