Nowadays, the government and the nongovernment has co collect, store, process and estimate the information about a individual and a group and the increase in the amount by the requests cause various problems. Especially to release information to the public and to use wrong purpose possible bring to infringement of information by the party. But the protection of personal information now should be considered as a important area for guaranteeing human rights. Therefore it is important and urgent to have some protection measures to infringement of information. To protect for private information against unfair information practices, it is urgent matter to examine a law to prepare for comprehensive infringement of private information on the nongovernmental organization. And legislation to protect the information the view of system and supervision, are need to look up all the process of utilizing the information such as use through the computer network and control. In the end, personal informations which is pretty easy to be infringed must be made institutional devices, secure safety of information system and protect private information.

물류정보기술의 수용수준이 물류성과에 미치는 영향

Logistics Information Technology' refers here to broad range of technology involved in information processing and handling in logistics function, such as computer hardware, software telecommunications and office information, and includes technologies as new system development methodologies. This study is to investigate the relationship between the performances of logistics information system and the adoption of logistics information technology, and to find the influence that the strategic plans affect on the logistics cost reduction, logistics selling general and administration expenses reduction, logistics service improvement. The specific purposes are as follows; 1. To investigate and integrate the concept of adoption level of logistics information technology and performance level of logistics to validate the relationship between two variables. 2. To examine the relationship between the adoption level of logistics information technology and performance level of logistics, and the influencing factors such as firm's characteristics, implementation of logistics strategic plan, logistics management function characteristics factors. 3. To suggest managerial and theoretical implications for both practitioners and academicians on the findings of this research.

Image Analysis Through the Fractal Dimension

일반적으로 우리가 접하는 대부분 영상은 매우 복잡하고 불규칙적한 성질을 지니게 되어 불량 문제(ill-posed problem)로 인하여 전통적으로 사용하는 미분법과 같은 수학적 기법을 사용하기에 부적절한 경우가 많다. 이를 해결하기위해 mean filter를 이용한 평활화와 같은 전처리 과정으로 어느 정도 영상을 부드럽게 하기도 한다. 그렇지만 원자료가 근원적으로 복잡한 경우 전처리 과정에서 불필요한 잡음을 제거할 수 있으나 동시에 이 과정에서 중요한 정보마저 소실될 우려가 있다. 본 논문에서는 영상의 복잡한 성질을 그대로 이용하여 분석할 수 있게 복잡도에 근거한 프랙탈차원에 대해 살펴보고 이를 통한 영상 분석을 시도하였다. 결과적으로 복잡도에 연동한 프랙탈 차원이 복잡한 영상의 경계를 추출하는 데 효과적으로 이용될 수 있음을 보여주었다.

Design and Implementation of High Performance Buffer Manager for an Input-Queued Switch Fabric

본 논문은 고성능 입력큐 스위치 패브릭을 위한 입력버퍼 관리기의 설계 및 구현에 관한 연구이다. 본 논문에서는 스위치 패브릭의 입력 및 출력버퍼로 사용 가능한 버퍼 관리기의 구조를 제안하고 그 설계 방법과 동작방식을 설명한다. 설계된 버퍼관리기는 멀티기가비트 크로스바 스위치의 입력 및 출력 포트에 연결되어 하나의 스위치 패브릭으로 구성된다. 본 버퍼관리기는 저가격으로 압력 및 출력 포트에 연결되어 하나의 스위치 패브릭으로 구성된다. 본 버퍼관리기는 저가격으로 입력 및 출력 포트의 와이어 속도로 셀 및 패킷의 라우팅을 지원하며 중앙 중재기와 정보 전송에 있어서 중재 요청 신호 및 출력 허가 신호의 파이프라인 전송 지연을 수용하는 구조로 설계되었다. FPGA 칩을 이용하여 구현된 버퍼관리기는 포트당 25Gbps의 OC_48c 속도를 지원하며 외부 입력 및 출력 형식으로 CSIX 인터페이스를 지원한다.

객체 기반 부호화 알고리즘에 관한 연구

As the needs for next generation image coding techniques suitable for very low bit rate environment are growing, many efficient content-based image coding methods have been developed recently. To provide content-based functionalities, a prior decomposition of video sequences into semantically meaningful objects or so-called video object planes are required. In this paper, an object coding technique is proposed for the region-based image coding. Efficient extraction of motion region using standard deviation of global frame difference. Experimental results show outstanding performance for the very low bitrate video coding.

인터넷을 통한 경주시내권의 관광홍보

The public informations of the tourism through the Internet in Kyongju have been studied on. The purpose of this study is to review the concepts of tourism public informations theoretically and through the Internet, respectively. And each person, local governments and regional university's homepages furnished tourists the Kyongju tourism information contents at any time. Also it was analyzed by the comparative method. So it has been revealed that the Internet homepages gives people the better images and attitude to some places, therefore, the more many people would visit the destinations for nice tour. Because the Internet homepages could provide tourism information, creation images to some places and made sustainable relationships between the destinations and tourists. The results are as follows; 1) Through the internet homepages could shown to the specific point and favorite, new goods of all stores, and recommended to tourists the tasty special foods of every restaurants. 2) It was made us to the customers' site, and then we could consider customer's informations to be satisfied with or not. 3) It was made to the Kyongju downtown maps on the internet homepages, and store region and the position of cultural tour places have been marked of it in detail, so it could provided all tourists many informations about access routes and telephone number of all stores.

국제관광정보시스템의 활성화방안에 관한 연구 : 대구 경북권을 중심으로 Daegu·Gyeongbuk Area

This study presents a pioneering and ongoing study of international Tourism Information System(ITIS) in Daegu·Gyeongbuk Area. Information System has been the pivotal tool as major and landing marketing tool for Tourism industry. The focus is on the strengths and challenges associated with using the TTIS as a medium for primary survey research purpose. New method of measuring a value evaluation of user based on triangular fuzzy numbers is proposed in this study. In terms of methodology, this study disclosed that fuzzy number model approach is greatly useful to evaluate foreign tourists attribute. So it was possible to understand the strength and the weakness of each informational contents based on the value evaluation about ITIS for foreign tourists in Daegu·Gyeongbuk Area. Therefore, I believe that this study has a meaning to present a standard for establishing a proper standard about evaluation and construction of the ITIS.

경주시 정보수집체계 구축 및 교통정보 우선순위 선정에 관한 연구

It is very important to get what kind of the information collection systems and provide what kind of the traffic information to the traveller nowadays. Each detector has its own function and cost to install to get the traffic data. And also there are various traffic information which is collected by the traffic detector. So this research is to select the traffic data collection system and the priority of traffic information which is appropriate in Gyeong-ju city. According to this research, it is desirable to collect traffic data using the loop detector system and provide the traffic information, which are real time roadway situation, travel time, tour information and traffic accident, to the traveller in Gyeong-ju city. The goal of this study is to use efficiently the existing network and also it leads to improve road safety and decrease traffic congestion.

이동망 세분화에 대한 연구

The industry has some urgent issues to resolve in the interconnection between fixed and mobile network, such as introduction of costed based interconnection pricing system. Because of the interconnection way, the profits resulting from the interconnection charges and services can be changed. In the interconnection of all from mobile subscriber to land subscriber (m0bil-to-land), mobile operators route the call with their own network maximum and handover the call to land network near the termination subscriber. They apply the far end havdover method. On the other hand, in the interconnection of call from land subscriber to mobile subscriber (land-to-mobile), land operators handover the call to mobile network. In this case, they use the near end handover method. It is because the land operators do not know about the location of mobile subscribers. Under these unbalanced environment, the costed based interconnection pricing system can make the differences in the profits of interconnection charges between the operators. In this paper, the improvements of land to mobile interconnect system are introduced and the mobile network unbundling is proposed with HLR(Home Location register) access.

Architecture and Performance of a High-Speed Input-Queued ATM Switch

본 논문은 입력 큐 방식 ATM 스위치에서 입력 버퍼와 중앙 중재기 사이의 전송 요청과 허가 데이터의 전송 지연을 수용하는 새로운 고속 고용량 스위치 구조에 관한 연구이다. 기존의 저속 저용량 ATM 스위치에서는 wide-bus를 사용하여 입력 버퍼와 중앙 중재기 사이의 정보전송을 수행하여 전송 지연 문제가 발생하지 않았다. 스위치의 크기가 계속 증가하는 고속 고용량 ATM 스위치의 개발에서는 시스템 크기를 줄이고 고속 스위칭을 이루기 위해 고속 link-chip을 이용하고 있다. 이러한 경우 입력 버퍼와 중앙 중재기 사이의 정보 전송 시 전송지연이 필수적으로 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 그러한 정보 전송 지연을 수용하면서 스위칭 시스템의 성능을 높이기 위해 스위치 입력 및 출력 포트의 중재에 파이프라인 방식을 이용하는 새로운 입력 큐 방식 스위치를 제안한다. 제안된 스위치는 중재 알고리즘에 무관하게 출력 큐 방식 ATM스위치와 유사한 성능을 가지고 100%에 가까운 처리율을 나타낸다.
