국내 대학교의 항공서비스학과 교육 서비스품질이 대학생의 전공몰입 및 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향 : 항공산업 회복 시점에 대한 지각된 시간적 거리의 조절효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 대학교 교육 서비스품질이 대학생 전공몰입과 미래 진로를 위한 준비행동에 미치는 영향을 검정하여 대학교 교육 서비스의 수요자인 학생의 욕구를 적극적으로 반영할 수 있는 교육환경을 구축하는데 시사점을 주고자 하였다. 특히, 코로나바이러스감염증19로 인해 위기감이 고조된 항공산업 회복 시점에 대한 대학생의 인지된 해석수준이 교육 서비스품질과 전공몰입 간의 관계에 미치는 영향을 검토하여 급변하는 사회환경 속에서 대학교가 지향해야 하는 교육 서비스품질의 중요성을 파악하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 항공서비스학과 재학생을 대상으로 대학교 교육 서비스품질이 전공몰입, 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향 관계를 검정하였다. 또한 대학생의 항공산업 회복 시점에 대한 지각된 시간적 거리와 교육 서비스품질의 상호작용이 전공몰입을 통해 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향을 검정하기 위해 SPSS Process Macro 모델로 잠재변수 간 인과적 관계를 검정하였다. 연구 결과, 교육 서비스품질의 공감성, 확신성이 전공몰입에, 확신성, 반응성이 취업준비행동에 유의미한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것을 검정하였다. 특히, 전공몰입이 교육 서비스품질과 취업준비행동 간 관계에 매개적 역할을 하는 것을 검정함으로써 대학교 교육 서비스품질의 중요성을 해석하는 경험적 근거를 제시하였다. 또한 교육 서비스품질의 확신성, 반응성, 신뢰성, 유형성이 전공몰입을 통해 취업준비행동에 미치는 긍정적인 영향은 항공산업 회복 시점에 대한 시간적 거리를 가깝게 느낀 학생보다 멀리 느낀 학생이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 대학교가 교육 서비스 수요자인 학생에게 인적, 물리적 및 행정적 서비스를 체계적이고 적극적으로 제공해야 함을 의미하며, 나아가 학생에 대한 깊은 관심과 대화가 학생의 전공몰입도 제고, 취업준비행동 강화에 유의미한 영향을 미친다는 것을 검정한 것으로 대학교 경쟁력 강화를 위해 교육 서비스품질 관리가 중요함을 제시한 것으로 사료된다. This study examined the effects of education service quality on student study attitude and preparation behavior for the future, and give implications to establish an educational environment that can actively reflect students desires. In addition, this study examined the students’ perceived temporal distance to the aviation industry recovery time in COVID-19 on the influence of education service quality on major commitment and job preparation behavior, which gives implications to the importance of educational service quality in a rapidly changing social environment. This study used the SPSS Process Macro model to examine the effects of construal level theory on the influence of education service quality on major commitment and job preparation behavior for students in the aviation service department. The results of this study showed that the components of educational service quality (empathy, assurance, reliability, responsiveness) had a significant positive effect on students attitudes such as major commitment and job preparation behavior. In particular, this study presented empirical evidence that interprets the importance of education service quality by verifying that major commitment plays a mediating role in the relationship between education service quality and job preparation behavior. The results of this study mean that universities should provide systematic and active human, physical and administrative services to students. furthermore, it is verified that deep interest and conversation about students have a significant effect on improving major commitment and strengthening job preparation behavior of university students.

항공사 객실 승무원의 지각된 직무요구가 주관적 건강상태 및 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 항공사 객실 승무원이 지각한 심리적, 물리적 직무요구가 승무원의 주관적 건강상태 및 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 검정하고자 하였으며, 이를 통해 궁극적으로 승무원의 직무만족도를 높이는 방안을 구축하는데 시사점을 주고자 하였다. 특히, 직무요구로 인해 이직률이 높아지는 항공사 객실 승무원의 지각된 직무요구가 주관적 건강상태 및 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 검토함으로써 급변하는 경쟁환경 속에서 항공사가 지향해야 하는 방향성을 파악하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 항공사 재직 승무원 대상으로 지각된 심리적, 물리적 직무요구가 주관적 건강상태 및 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향, 주관적 건강상태가 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향과 주관적 건강상태의 매개효과를 검정하였다. 이와 같은 영향 관계를 검정하기 위해 SPSS Process Macro 모델로 요인 간 인과적 영향 관계를 검정하였다. 연구 결과, 항공사 승무원의 지각된 심리적, 물리적 직무요구는 승무원의 주관적 건강상태에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것을 검정하였다. 또한 항공사 승무원의 주관적 건강상태는 주관적 안녕감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 특히, 심리적, 물리적 직무요구가 주관적 건강상태를 경유하여 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향 관계에 주관적 건강상태가 간접효과 있는 것으로 나타나 주관적 건강상태의 중요성을 해석할 수 있는 경험적 근거를 제시하였다. 본 연구는 승무원의 지각된 직무요구가 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 검정함으로써 궁극적으로 승무원의 직무만족도를 높여 구체적인 항공사 경영전략 구축 및 경쟁력 향상 방안을 제시하여 인적자원 관리의 중요함을 제시한 것으로 사료된다. This study aimed to examine the effect of psychological and physical job demands perceived by airline cabin crew on the subjective health status and subjective well-being of flight attendants. did In particular, by examining the effect of perceived job demands of airline cabin crew, whose turnover rate increases due to job demands, on their subjective health status and subjective well-being, this study aimed to identify the direction airlines should pursue in a rapidly changing competitive environment. Specifically, this study examined the effect of perceived psychological and physical job demands on subjective health status and subjective well-being, the effect of subjective health status on subjective well-being, and the mediating effect of subjective health status among flight attendants. In order to test such an effect relationship, the causal effect relationship between factors was tested with the SPSS Process Macro model. As a result of the study, it was tested that the perceived psychological and physical job demands of flight attendants had a negative effect on the subjective health status of flight attendants. In addition, it was confirmed that the subjective health status of flight attendants had a positive effect on subjective well-being. In particular, it was found that subjective health status had an indirect effect on the relationship between psychological and physical job demands on subjective well-being via subjective health status, suggesting empirical grounds for interpreting the importance of subjective health status. This study suggests the importance of human resource management by examining the effect of flight attendants' perceived job demands on subjective well-being, ultimately increasing flight attendants' job satisfaction, and suggesting specific airline management strategies and ways to improve competitiveness.
