국내에 들어온 지 오래된 탈북민 수가 늘면서 그들의 자녀 세대로 지원 논의의 초점이 이동하고 있다. 탈북민 자녀 세대는 2015년 이래 중국을 포함한 제3국 출생이 북한 출생보다 더 많아졌고, 남한 출생의 비율도 갈수록 높아지고 있다. 이처럼 탈북민 집단 내 다양성이 커지면서 법과 제도의 사각지대가 발생하고 있다. 이제는 누구를, 어떻게, 얼마나 지원해야 하는지에 대한 논의를 통해 탈북청소년을 재범주화하고 지원체계를 재정비해야 할 시점이다. 탈북청소년은 출생국, 입국유형, 연령대, 가정환경, 경제상황, 언어능력, 학습능력 등에 따라 저마다 서로 다른 어려움을 겪고 있다. 정체성의 혼란, 한국사회의 차별과 편견, 특수한 가정환경과 경제적 불안정 등은 그들 대부분에게 공통적인 삶의 조건이다. 탈북청소년 지원체계는 통일부, 교육부, 여성가족부 중심으로 구성되어 있다. 연구 결과, 탈북청소년 지원체계의 문제점으로는 부처 간 협업 미비, 제3국 출생에게 불리한 대입전형, 복지제도 접근성 부족, 형평성 논란, 대안학교 지원 부족 등이 지적되었다. 본 연구는 이를 보완하기 위한 개선방안으로 첫째, 탈북청소년에 제3국 출생 자녀를 포함시키고 남한 출생 자녀에 대한 지원을 검토할 것, 둘째, 유관 부처 간 통용가능한 통계를 구축하고 통합지원을 체계화할 것, 셋째, 정책대상 집단의 다양성 증가에 따른 중장기적 대응을 모색할 것, 넷째, 가족기능 강화를 위한 복지 서비스를 확대할 것, 다섯째, 탈북민에 대한 한국사회 인식개선을 위한 노력을 병행할 것, 여섯째, 지원대상이 되기를 거부할 권리를 존중할 것을 제시하였다. As the number of North Korean defectors who have been in Korea for more than ten years increases, the focus of discussions on support is shifting to their next generation. Since 2015, the more children of North Korean defectors born in third countries are entering South Korea than those born in North Korea, and the proportion of South Korean births is also rising considerably. As the diversity within young North Korean defectors grows, blind spots in laws and systems are being exposed. It is time to re-conceptualize the category of young North Korean defectors and reorganize the support system through discussions on who, how, and how long they should be supported. Young North Korean defectors are experiencing different difficulties depending on their country of birth, type of entry, age group, family environment, economic situation, language ability, and learning ability. Confusion of identity, discrimination and prejudice in Korean society, complicated family relationship and economic instability are common living conditions for most of them. The support system for young North Korean defectors consists of the Ministry of Unification, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family. As a result of the study, the lack of cooperation between ministries, unequal college entrance opportunities, lack of access to the welfare system, controversy over equity, and lack of support for alternative schools were pointed out as problems with the support system for young North Korean defectors. To compensate for these, this study proposes the following measures: to include children born in third countries in the category of young North Korean defectors on a par with those born in North Korea, to consider support for children born in South Korea, to establish statistics and systematize integrated support among related ministries, to expand welfare services to strengthen family functions, to improve South Koreans’ perception of North Korean defectors, and to respect their right to refuse support.
Confirmation of Green Fluorescent Protein Transformants using PCR

Plant growth promoting bacteria (PGPB) have beneficial effects on plant growth via an enhancement of the nutrient status of their host plant. The means by PGPB enhance the nutrient status of host plants can be categorized into five areas: biological N2 fixation, increasing the availability of nutrients in the rhizosphere, inducing increases in root surface area, enhancing other beneficial symbioses of the host, and combination of modes of action. These bacteria have plant growth promoting traits such as 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate (ACC) deaminase, indole acetic acid (IAA) production, salicyclic acid, phosphate solublization, siderophore production. In endophytic relationships, PGPB actually reside inside the host plant. PGPB maybe found in the surface of the root, stems or leaves. To find the location of PGPB in plant, Green Fluorescent Protein from jellyfish Aequoria victoria used as a valuable molecular marker which can be expressed in many organisms. GFP transformants emitting fluorescence were suitable for studying plant colonization under environmental condition. This study aims to assess the process of transformation of GFP insert into bacteria by PCR amplification. For the development of gfp mutant, triparental mating was carried out in Pseudomonas frederiksbergensis OB145, Pseudomonas umsongensis OB243, Pseudomonas umsongensis OB133, Pseudomonas moorei OR108, Pantoea sp CBMB55, Brevibacterium iodium RS16 and Burkholderia pyrrocinia CBPB-HOD using donor E.coli strain pFAJ1820 and helper E.coli strain pRK2013. Antibiotic resistance is used as a selection marker to ensure that bacteria in a culture contain a particular plasmid. Transfer of plasmid pFAJ1820 into these strains was confirmed through PCR amplification with specific primer. Band had been confirmed by using Gel-doc. In this study, plant growth promoting bacteria were successfully checked for GFP transformation. Confocal microscopy will be used to confirm effective colonization and intercellular localization of bacteria strains in plants.
Effects of Boronic Acid on the Fluoride-selective Chemosignaling Behavior of a Merocyanine Dye

The effects of boronic acid on the fluoride-selective chemosignaling behavior of a merocyanine dye were investigated. In the presence of phenylboronic acid (PBA), N-methylquinolinium-based merocyanine dye displayed fluoride-selective chromogenic signaling behavior over other commonly coexisting anions in the micromolar concentration range. Signaling is produced by a fluoride-induced displacement of the dye from its complex with PBA, resulting in a significant chromogenic signal for the fluoride ion. This signaling was successfully analyzed using a ratiometric analysis of the UV-vis absorption in response to changes in fluoride ion concentration. A PBA substituted with an electron withdrawing group was found to exhibit a more pronounced signal. Polymer-bound PBA also exhibited useful fluoride-selective signaling behavior.
