        기술진보와 금융기관의 사회적 소명 변화에 대한 고찰

        인터넷을 중심으로 하는 최근의 정보기술의 발달은 거래관계를 크게 변모시키는 것처럼 보이지만 금융의 측면에서 보는 한, 금융 시스템에 미치는 영향은 그러한 측면보다도, 새로운 상품의 개발, 새로운 이론에 근거한 새로운 계산방법, 새로운 추정기법이라고 하는 방향에 더 크게 나타나고, 금융 전반을 새로운 방향으로 향하고 있는 것처럼 보인다. 이러한 방향을 올바르게 인식하고, 새로운 이론, 새로운 계산방법, 추정방법을 올바르게 인식한다. 최신 정보기술을 이용하면서, 새로운 이론, 계산방법, 추정방법을 제대로 교육하는 것이 필요하며, IT시설을 이용한 교육방법을 확립하는 것이 급선무라고 생각된다. 기술진보에 의해 큰 변혁기를 맞이하고 있는 현재의 금융시장은 지금까지 획기적인 기술진보가 없었던 산업이었던 만큼, 또 경제활동의 핵심 분야이기도 하기 때문에 핀치와 찬스가 혼재하는 격렬한 움직임이 생기고 있다. 규제도 변화하겠지만 시간이 오래 걸리고, 자금잉여라는 세계적 환경변화 속에서 전통적인 금융기관들은 최첨단 기술과 시장동향을 살피면서 힘든 변화의 과정을 밟기 위한 최적의 선택과 결정을 내려야 한다. 이 변화의 성공 여부는 금융기관만의 문제에 머물지 않고, 금융시장의 효율성에 직접 관련되므로 한국경제 전체에 있어서도 매우 중요한 과제이다. 어찌 보면, 한국의 전통적 금융기관이 기술진보의 방향과 속도를 판별하면서, 스스로의 강점과 약점을 냉정하게 분석하고, 아픔을 무릅쓰고 변화하는 보통 기업으로서의 야심적인 변혁을 실시한다면, 한국의 기술을 살려 이전에는 세계의 금융시장을 석권한 세계적 경쟁력을 회복할 기회이기도 하다. 새로운 결제 시스템은 새로운 결제위험을 발생시키지만 기존의 결제방식을 근본적으로 바꾸지는 않았다. 금융의 경우 전자상거래 혹은 전자결제라는 문제는 결코 가볍게 볼 수 없지만 IT의 발전이 금융에 미친 영향이라는 점에서 볼 때 다른 측면이 더 중요하다고 생각된다. IT기술을 인터넷과 같이 좁게 생각하지 않고, 통신, 계산기술의 진보와 IT이용자가 특정전문가뿐만 아니라 널리 일반인에게 확대되었다고 생각하면, 파생상품의 급속한 확대를 비롯한 금융기술의 발전이야말로 IT진보 금융시스템에 대한 최대의 영향이라 생각될 것이다. 이에 여기에서는 금융 시스템의 본질에 대해 고찰하고, 그런 측면에서 IT의 진보가 금융에 준 영향에 대해 생각해 보기로 한다. 본고에서는 로버트 머튼(Robert C. Merton) 등의 지적에 따라 금융시스템을 은행, 증권, 보험, 신탁이라고 하는 금융제도의 면에서 보는 것이 아니라, 금융기능의 면에서 살펴보기로 한다. 그들은 금융기능으로서 (1) 결제기능, (2) 집적화(pooling), (3) 경제자원의 이전, (4) 리스크 관리, (5) 정보제공, (6) 인센티브 문제의 해결을 들고 있다. 이하에서는 이러한 기능의 발전을 IT와의 관련하여 언급하기로 한다. While using the latest information technology, it is necessary to properly educate new theories, calculation methods, and estimation methods, and it is considered as an urgent priority to establish educational methods using IT facilities. The current financial market, which is facing a period of great change due to technological progress, is an industry that has not had any epoch-making technological advances, and is also a key field of economic activity. Regulations will also change, but it will take a long time, and in the global environment of money surplus, traditional financial institutions must make optimal choices and decisions to undertake a difficult process of change while examining cutting-edge technologies and market trends. The success of this change is not limited to financial institutions alone, but is directly related to the efficiency of the financial market, so it is a very important task for the Korean economy as a whole. In a sense, if traditional Korean financial institutions discriminate the direction and speed of technological progress, calmly analyze their own strengths and weaknesses, and carry out ambitious transformations into ordinary companies that change despite the pain, Korean technology It is also an opportunity to recover the global competitiveness that previously dominated the global financial market. The new payment system creates new payment risks, but does not fundamentally change the existing payment methods. In the case of finance, the issue of e-commerce or electronic payment cannot be taken lightly, but other aspects are more important in terms of the impact of IT development on finance. If we do not think of IT technology as narrowly as the Internet, but think that advances in communication and calculation technology and IT users have been widely spread to the general public as well as specific experts, the development of financial technology, including the rapid expansion of derivatives, is the key to the IT advanced financial system. It is considered to have the greatest impact on Therefore, here, I will examine the nature of the financial system and consider the impact of IT advances on finance in that respect. In this paper, as pointed out by Robert C. Merton and others, the financial system is not viewed from the perspective of financial institutions such as banks, securities, insurance, and trusts, but from the perspective of financial functions. They point to (1) settlement function, (2) pooling, (3) transfer of economic resources, (4) risk management, (5) information provision, and (6) solution of incentive problems as financial functions. Hereinafter, the development of these functions will be referred to in relation to IT.

      • Development of HIL Simulator for UCC System

        In these days, most of all motor companies are trying to reduce development time and cost. They use a lot of ways to solve these problems. One of the solutions is a HIL (Hardware-In-the Loop) Simulator. In this paper, HIL Simulator which is consistent with GMDAT RLM (Road to Lab to Math) Strategy is proposed. And this HIL Simulator is developed to be suitable for UCC (Unified Chassis Control) system development. The important advantages of HIL Simulator are that it can be possible to substitute road tests by virtual tests and to modify the control algorithm easily. In this UCC system, AFS (Active Front Steering) system and Air Suspension system is integrated in ESC (Electronic Stability Control) system. It is revealed that UCC system which includes AFS system, ESC system and Air suspension system has quite obviously a lot of synergy among the chassis control subsystems by previous studies. To develop UCC HIL Simulator, there are several steps. There are target vehicle modeling. vehicle model verification, configuration of S/W & H/W and application. Using this HIL Simulator, it can be easily develop, evaluate and validate control algorithm and H/W performance. And subjective and objective tests can be possible using steering system and brake system H/W, additional equipments and CarSim & MATLAB/Simulink® S/W. Finally, using this HIL Simulator, it can be achieved UCC system efficiently.

      • Robust T-S Fuzzy H<SUB>∞</SUB> Control of Interior Permanent Magnet Motor using Weighted Integral Action

        This paper presents a robust T-S Fuzzy controller with a weighted integral action for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor which have nonlinear dynamics. The T-S Fuzzy controller is used for the robustness of nonlinear systems and the weighted integral action is used for the improvement of control performance. A T-S Fuzzy controller is designed by combining the local controllers with the overall stability, and LMI(Linear Matrix Inequality)is used to determine the gains of linear controllers. The control performance of PMSM is changed into regulator problem by introducing the integral action and the weighting factor gives flexibility to a T-S fuzzy controller.

      • Proposals for Improvement of AFS System Using HIL & SIL Simulation

        This paper presents proposals of performance improvement of AFS(Active Front Steer) system. AFS system is a subsystem of UCC(Unified Chassis Control) system which is composed of AFS, ESC(Electronic Stability Control), EAS(Electronic Air Suspension) systems. In this paper, AFS system is focused and proposals for AFS system performance improvement are introduced. First, configurations, functionalities and control algorithms of AFS system are introduced by literature survey & benchmarking test results. Through these results AFS system control algorithm is proposed. And this algorithm is developed and validated using SIL(Software in the loop) simulation. Finally, this AFS control algorithm is validated using HIL(Hardware in the loop) simulator. And concept and configuration of this HIL Simulator is introduced. With this HIL simulator not only AFS system performance but also UCC system performance is evaluated.

      • T-S Fuzzy Control of IPMSM Using Backstepping Integral Sliding Mode

        This paper aims to design a robust controller for the Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (IPMSM) based on the Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy modeling, the sliding mode control(SMC) and the back-stepping control. The introduction of T-S fuzzy model is for the clearer description of nonlinear uncertainties and reduces computational burden, and the back-stepping technique for the considering of the load disturbance under the inevitable matching condition in the SMC. The Integral SMC is used for the problem of reaching phase.
