The purpose of this study is to improve the disaster evacuation efficiency in urban railway safety management system if continuous disaster accidents might occur in urban railway train/station. Therefore, this study applies the Time Expanded Min Cost Max Flow algorithm to IoT-based system as well as communication to collect real-time disasters in train/station in case of emergency, transmit information to central server and analyze the disaster situations. Thus this paper presents a real-time disaster evacuation algorithm that can tell the optimal evacuation routes in train/station where disasters occurred.
