Characteristics of the China's Power Elites in the 21^(st) Century : Continue or Change?

This study focused on the backgrounds of the current CCP PB members, and what characteristics changed or continued when compared to the previous one. The subject of research was the top 203 PB members since 1949, a cluster of elites that includes the current 24 PB members. The analytical categories of the backgrounds were: 1) biological backgrounds, 2) educational backgrounds, and 3) work backgrounds. In brief, the results of analysis show all of the 16^(th) PB in their age, growth time, the time of graduated college and joined the Party, or work experience are different from the third generation. However, the 16^(th) PB members have advanced their careers by working on China's economic modernization program, they were technically trained and by profession technocrats in administrative capacities, similar to their immediate predecessors. Therefore, the new leadership will not necessarily translate into distinctive policy orientation.

레슬링선수의 체중 감량시의 체력변화를 4%, 6%의 감량 후의 악력, 완력, 각력, 배근력, 사이드스텝, 윗몸일으키기, 체전굴, 500m달리기의 체력변화 측정을 한 결과 4%, 6%감량까지의 체력변화는 각 요소별로 다소의 차이는 있으나 큰 변화를 나타내고 있지 않다는 결론이 나왔다. The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of the degree of body weight reduction on physical Fithness in Wrestlers. The population of interest for this study was restricted to student wrestlers at Korean National College of Physical Education. Complete data were obtained 6 subjects. The subjects were randomly selected from volunteers. The results were summerized as follows : 1. In case of Arm Strength and Grip strength were increased with 4% body weight reduction, but others were decreased with 6% body weight reduction. 2. In case of Leg strength were increased with 2% body weight reduction, but others were decreased with 4%, 6% body weight reduction. 3. In case of Back muscular strength were sustained normal condition with 2% body weight reduction, but others were decreased with 4%, 6% body weight reduction. 4. In case of vertical Jump an Side-steps were increased with 2% body weight reduction, but others were decreased 4%, 6% body weight reduction. 5. In case of sit-ups were increased with 2% and 4% body weight reduction but others were decreased with 6% body weight reduction. 6. In case of Forward trunk flexion were increased with body weight reduction. 7. In case of 50m dash were as good result with 2%, 4% body weight reduction but others were recorded as low result 5% body weight reduction.

The rainfall pattern analysis on time distribution characteristics of rainfall rates is important in determination of design flood for hydraulic structures. The historical data from abut 200 storm samples during 4 years in Bochong stream area have been used to investigate the time distribution of the rainfalls. The rainfall pattern analysis methods of Huff and Pilgrim have been us-ed in this study. In Huff method, time distribution relations have been developed for heavy storms over 20mm in total rainfall and represented by relation percentage of total storm rainfall to percentage of total storm time and grouping the data according to the quartile in which rainfall was the heaviest of all. In pillgrim method, the data have been grouped four groups such as 5 hours, 9 hours, 14 hours and 18 hours duration time according to total duration time of each rainfalls. It was found that third-quartile storms occurred most frequently in analysis by Huff method in Bochong stream area. And in analysis by pilgrim method, the result of the analysis of each groups of rainfall pattern was following 5 hours and 9 hours rainfall pattern was First-quartile, 14 hours were second quartile and 18 hours was Third quartile. The time distribution characteristics resulted in this study have been presented in graphic forms such as time distribution curves with probability in cumulative percent of storm time and precipitation and selected histograms for First, Second, Third and Fourth quartile storms.

The compositions and the interrelationships of the poems and songs to the plot of the novel, "Hong Lou Meng" were studied in this paper. Also, the critics of these poems were studied in comparision with the various poetics in Qing Dynasty. Then, the emotion and the phylosophy expressed in the poems and songs were studied. In the first part, the total numbers for the poems and songs were studied of the style. In the second part, these poems and songs were found to have significant roles for realization of the artistic value of the novel with perfect harmony with the plot of the novel. The following items in the poems and songs were investigated. (1) On the inner motives and the omens in the poems to the plot. (2) On the personality and psychology of the Charaters. (3) On the living conditions and the landscapes in the story. (4) On expressing the main themes of the novel. In the third part of this paper, the critics of the poems were studies in view of the prevailing poetics, especially Cao Xue Qin, the the author of the novel. It emphasized the importance of the fresh sense, natural minds, sincere thoughts, and rhythms, than the construction of the poems. In the last part of the paper, the emolion and phylosophy of the poems were found to contain critical spirits on the moral fallacy of the feudal aristocratic society, but with the contradictory affections to its living manner and fatalistic nihilism of such a society. This emotional and spiritual expressions in the poems were also related to the novel's overall phylosophy.
