Analysis of the Closed-Loop Supply Chain Focusing on Power Batteries in China

The research on waste power batteries in China in the past ten years reveals that the power battery recycling industry is enormous but marred with several challenges. A study of China's current power battery closed-loop supply chain revealed some issues in the power battery recycling industry, such as imperfect supply chain, small recycling scale, asymmetric information, and imperfect profit distribution mechanism. This paper uses the theory of corporate social responsibility and consumer choice to propose a closed-loop network of power batteries based on block chain technology and analyzes the existing closed-loop supply chain of power batteries. Consequently, this study provides a new idea for developing the power battery closed-loop supply chain by proposing the closed-loop network of power batteries based on blockchain technology.

본 연구의 의사결정지원 모형을 대상으로 한 시뮬레이션 결과에 의하면 맥주 산업의 조정을 기반으로 한 빅 데이터 협업 플랫폼 하에서 공급망 운영 조건을 동원하고, 공급망 직접 물류 재고는 상대적으로 안정적인 가치를 유지하며 재고가 없거나 심각한 부족도 발생하지 않는다. 따라서 전통적인 맥주 공급망 운영과 같은 재고 상황에서 맥주의 심각한 공급 부족으로 인해 체인 재고 수준 보고서로 인한 수요 정보 확장 상황을 피할 수 있다. From the simulation results, under the collaborative platform of big data based on coordination of the beer industry to mobilize the supply chain operation condition, supply chain direct logistics inventory are in a relatively stable value, and there is no zero inventory or even a serious lack of beer in the stock situations like traditional beer supply chain operation, which avoid the situation of demand information expansion caused by chain inventory levels report because of the serious lack of supply.

공급망의 빅데이터는 주로 네 가지 측면에서 발생된다. 하나는 생산 장비 품질 데이터, 계획된 조달 데이터, 제품 데이터 등과 같은 공급망에서 기업의 제품 가치 이전 과정에서 불가피하게 생성되는 관련 데이터이고, 두 번째는 공급망에 있는 다양한 회사의 ERP 데이터에서 파생된다. 세 번째는 고객의 전자 상거래 데이터이고 마지막은 외부 또는 수동으로 입력한 데이터의 데이터이다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해서 공급망 운영 과정에서 재고를 예측하고 제어하기 위해 타사 데이터 서비스 센터 분석 및 데이터마이닝. 그것은 여러 측면에서 전체 공급망에 혁신과 관리 기술 및 사고방식의 변화를 가져오고 마침내 전체 공급망의 재고 조정 및 제로 재고 목표를 달성하게 된다. Big data in the supply chain mainly comes from four aspects. One is the relevant data inevitably generated in the process of product value transfer of enterprises in the supply chain, such as production equipment quality data, planned procurement data, product data, etc; On the other hand, it is derived from the ERP data of various companies in the supply chain; The third is e-commerce data from the customer, and the last is data from external or manually entered data. A third-party data service center analysis and mining the data to predict and control the inventory in the process of supply chain operation. It brings innovation and change of management technology and way of thinking to the whole supply chain in many aspects, and finally achieves the goal of coordinated inventory and zero inventory of the whole supply chain.

Various kinds of data will be generated in the actual operation of the supply chain. If these data can be effectively classified and used, the "bullwhip effect" generated in the operation of the supply chain in China can be effectively improved. Based on this, this paper proposes a supply chain collaborative inventory management model and application framework under the background of big data. It analyzes the supply chain of beer industry, which is the most prominent fast consumption industry with "bullwhip effect", and further establishes a big data collaborative inventory management model for the supply chain of beer industry based on system dynamics. Simulation and sensitivity detection are carried out by using Vensim software to verify the effectiveness of the model. The possible problems of the big data supply chain collaborative inventory management model are analyzed.

중국에서의 빅데이터 개발 역사는 비교적 길지 않아 지금까지 10여년 정도에 불과하다. 또한 실생활에서의 빅데이터의 응용수준도 높지 않지만, 공급망 분야에서는 일부 성과가 이루어져 왔다. 다양한 유형의 데이터가 공급망의 실제 운용 과정에서 수집되었다. 그러한 데이터들이 효율적으로 분류되고 활용될 수 있다면, 공급망 운용과정에서의 채찍효과가 역시 효율적으로 향상될 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 중국맥주 산업 공급망에서의 협업재고관리 모델의 개발과 동시에 빅데이터를 활용하는 응용 프레임워크의 개발이다. Status and Problems of Closed-Loop Supply Chain of Traditional Power Battery in China

The power battery supply chain in China currently lacks stable cooperation and effective information exchange. The competitive pressure brings about irregular recycling channels, reducing the operation and efficiency of the power battery supply chain. Besides, some regular power battery recycling enterprises fabricate data to obtain subsidies by taking advantage of the loopholes in the relevant policies of the state on recycling subsidies. Due to the high price of recycling in the black market, some regular enterprises resell the batteries recycled through regular channels, later purchasing the batteries with no utilization value to obtain the national recycling subsidies by cheating at the same time. Fig. 3 shows the present network structure of the traditional Chinese power battery closed-loop-supply chain.
