관절의 움직임을 정확히 측정하는 것은 의료적으로 질병의 진단 및 장애정도를 판단하는 기준, 재활치료 측면에서 매우 중요한 역할을 할뿐 아니라 스포츠 분야에서 동작학습 및 컨디션 조절에 있어 매우 중요하다. 기존에 일반적으로 사용되는 의료용 측각도계는 정확한 축 제시가 힘들고, 반복사용에 따른 기계적 마모로 인한 내구성의 문제, 측정자의 주관성 등의 단점이 존재한다. 이를 개선하기 위해 본 연구에서는 관절의 각 변위를 측정하기 위해 종단 경사 광섬유를 사용하여 빛의 비대칭적 특성을 이용하였다. 실험 결과 종단이 평평한 광섬유에 비해 종단 경사 광섬유를 사용하였을 때 측정 범위가 향상되었고, 이를 이용하여 각 변위 센서의 새로운 모델의 적용 가능성을 제시하고자 한다.

Measuring the movement of joint angle of human body is very important clinically. Human joint angle displacement can be used to evaluate the degree of disease and disability. Also, we can determine the rehabilitation process with angular information. Conventional methods for measuring angular displacement are many weakness. The purpose of this study is to overcome the limitations of existing equipments by using optical method. For this reason, optical sensor system was used to correlate detected light signal with joint angle. Experimental results of the applied joint model in this study showed that joint angular displacement can be measured by optical signals. The suggested method is simple, durable, small, lightweight, convenient, and cost effective.
도심항공교통시스템 운용 개념 분석에 따른 운항경로 구축 연구

인공지능, 자율항법 등 4차 산업의 기술들이 발전하면서 도심항공교통(UAM)이 도심의 교통 체증에 대한 효과적인 대안으로 고려되고 있으며, 한국을 비롯한 세계의 많은 기업들이 비행체 개발과 운용 체계 연구를 수행하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도심항공교통의 운용에 필요한 요소들을 식별, 분류한 뒤 운용 체계 개념을 수립하였으며, 각 요소별로 세부적 고려사항들을 분석하였다. 운용 체계 개념 분석 결과를 기반으로 서울시와 경인권을 연결하는 도심항공교통 운항경로를 구축하였으며, 비행체의 성능 분석을 통하여 구축된 운항경로가 운용이 가능함을 확인하였다. 본 경로 분석연구는 추후 국내 여러 도시의 도심항공교통 운항경로 수립에 적용이 가능할 것으로 예측된다. With the advent of industry 4.0 technologies like the artificial intelligence and the autonomous flight, Urban Air Mobility (UAM) is being considered as an effective alternative to resolve the ground urban traffic congestion. Accordingly, many companies in the world including Korea are investigating on the development of UAM vehicles and operation systems. In this study, after identifying and classifying the essential elements of the UAM operation, the UAM system operational concept has been derived, then detailed analyses for each element has been performed. Based on the conceptual analysis of the UAM operation system, UAM flight routes in Seoul and Gyeong-In area have been established and confirmed to be operable through the performance analysis of UAM vehicles. The flight route analysis in this study is expected to be applied to UAM flight routes establishment in various cities in the future.
Photo Diode Sensor를 이용한 컬러정보 분석

Color is discerned due to the reflectance of object and its hue is determined by the Ratio of RGB spectrum. The aim of this study is to evaluate the Color information using by the optical system in terms of convenience and simplicity. Firstly, the differential Ratio of RGB is evaluated by photodiode Sensor which achieves a high efficiency with quick tranducer output. To extract the information of RGB Ratio, light emitting diode is built in Color sensing system with photodiode. Our proposed method is very economical, simple, and convenient. Our results can be applied to confirm the accurate information of Color in the research environments and commercial purposes. Thus RGB information can be determined subjectively and thus, the inherent characteristic of Color will be revealed precisely and its related features can be resolved in a real time mode.

Heavy metal contents in commercial horticultural growing media were investigated. Fifty-three samples were collected nationwide during 2000 to 2001 and heavy metals in the samples were analyzed by ICP-OES after acid digestion and 0.1 N HCl extraction. Average contents of total Cd, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb, and Zn by acid digestion in the growing media were 0.69, 35.7, 14.9, 15.5, 12.7, and 54.8 ㎎/㎏ DW, respectively. The ranges of heavy metal in the growing media were 0-1.82, 0-259.8, 1.6-69.5, 0-60.7, 0-36.5, 12.9-124.0 ㎎/㎏ DW for Cd, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb, and Zn, respectively. Heavy metal contents in the commercial horticultural growing media were showed lower levels than the permitted levels for quality control described by Korean Standard Analytical Method for Crowing Media. Average contents and ranges of 0.1 N HCl extractable heavy metals were 0.08 and 0-0.20 for Cd, 0.38 and 0-2.10 for Cr, 1.45 and 0-4.03 for Cu, 0.85 and 0-3.31 for Ni, 0.84 and 0-2.21 for Pb, and 30.68 and 0.18-88.45 ㎎/㎏ DW for Zn, respectively. These concentrations by 0.1 N HCl extraction showed much less levels than those of total heavy metals by acid digestion.
