        Based on the past design data for electric power load and method of calculation, it is known that in general electric power load has been estimated excessively. For the accurate calculation, it is important to reflect in estimation of a total load capacity and the rated capacities of mechanical pump to be installed in buildings and motor to be actually provided. Various data for electric machine load have been published by Rules for electrical indoor installation, Korea Housing Corporation, KEPCO, Institute of construction technology, and NEC. However, these are very common standard data and far from power capacities actually utilized. As allowance rate of motor and its efficiency is getting improved, load capacities are expected to be lessen. This study has been focused on the selection of optimal electric machine load, which makes a lot of portions of load in the building.

      • 특고압 변전실의 면적을 결정하는 제 요소의 분석

        건축물이 다변화와 첨단화를 이루는데 반하여 이들 심장부인 변전실의 크기 결정이 합리적이고 효율적으로 이루어지지 않고 있어 증설 및 부하급변에 대응하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 적절치 못한 결정은 건물의 기능을 제대로 할 수 없는 중대사인데도 불구하고 선정요건을 고려시 순번의 맨 마지막에 공간을 확보하는 경우가 있어 이의 합리적이고 효율적인 대책이 시급하다. 이를 위해 사례분석을 통한 제 요소를 분석하여 그 대책을 강구한다. As the new large buildings are continuously being built with the advanced technology and skills, an adequate size of electric room needs to be obtained so that engineers establish an efficient and reliable system in the electric room. Considering the current capacity, its expansion and its connecting system, the final size of it should be determined in order to bring an effective use of the building. Therefore, it is important to have the exact method of calculating the effective size of electric room, the heart of the building, especially when the value of land price is very high. In addition, it should be calculated in an accurate way due to the diversification of the system and the compact size of the electricity equipment. However, the research on this area and the comparison and evaluation of the size after construction have not been made enough and the results of them have not been applied when calculating a new size of electric room. Accordingly, this study examines three methods prescribed in the standards of electricity installation technology through case analysis and suggests substantial data by system, capacity, and purpose.

      • 전자식 안정기의 EMI 측정 및 대책 분석

        최근 조명기기에서는 소형 경량화 및 고효율에 초점이 모아지고 있으며 이로 인한 전자식 반도체소자의 사용이 급증하고 있다. 이에 따라 조명기기의 안정기 부문에도 전자파 문제가 대두되고 있으며 이에 대한 대책이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 국내의 안정기에 대한 전자파 측정을 해야 되는 범위는 잡음 단자전압 주파수는 150[㎑]∼30[㎒]이고 잡음전계강도 주파수 범위는 30[㎒]∼1[㎓]로 규제하고 있다. 현재 사용되고 있는 안정기는 자기식 안정기(권선형 안정기)와 전자식 안정기로 전자식 안정기는 자기식 안정기에 비해 엄청난 에너지 절약 효과를 가져오지만 신뢰성이 떨어진다. 또한 스위칭 디바이스를 이용하여 주파수를 높여 사용하므로 이에 따른 전자파장해 및 고조파가 발생하는 문제가 발생한다. 전자파장해는 기기의 오동작을 유발하여 기기의 품질저하 및 설비손상, 생산효율 저하 등의 문제를 발생시키며, 주위의 다른 기기에 장해를 주고 있다. 이에 대한 대책으로 본 논문에서는 FLR32SS 1등용 전자식안정기의 전자파(잡음 전계강도 및 잡음 단자전압)를 측정하여 전기용품기술기준 부속서 3에 규정한 EMI(Electormagnetic Interference)측정과 대책 기술에 대하여 연구하고자 한다. Requirements for high-efficiency equipment for energy saving are rapidly increasing recently keeping pace with development of digital and semiconductor technology. Accordingly, there are many changes and development in ballast. Ballast currently in use are Magnetic ballast (Coiled Type) and Electronic ballast. Electronic ballast produces incredible energy saving effect, but falls short of confidence instead. In addition, use at higher frequency through switching device creates Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and high frequency. EMI creates low quality of equipment, damage in facilities and low productivity by leading miss operation of equipment, and interferes with surrounding machines. In this analysis I am going to examine characteristics of EMI on the Electronic ballast of FLR32SS on type pursuant to annex 3 of Electric Goods Technology Standard, and counter technology.

It should have enough illuminate condition for the customers watch races comfortably during several races and jockey could manage races on the same conditions as in the daylight with the high speed. If not enough illumination, some problem may occur; such as to the broadcasting, translating, placing.

        Recently, one of the most important issues to the front is the use of sunlight due to the rapid increase of energy demand and the importance of environment. Sunlight can be used by various means such as for the underground lighting, artifical lighting the plants and the fishes, etc. In this paper, I will present lighting method for the use of sunlight, spectral analysis of sunlight and sunlight collector system's light. In addition, I'll search for the optimum distance to get the visible light.

        This paper is to present the selected method of circuit parameters in the inverter part of the electronic dimming ballast for fluorescent lamps, that is adequate to use with the prevailing dimming controller IC. Through the experiment result using the prototype of the electronic dimming ballast produced by this method, its validity is verified from the electrical and light output characteristics on fluorescent lamps. Also, it is feasible to remote automatic and passive control for dimming electronic ballast as using a microprocessor.

      • 수전설비의 수용율에 관한 실태분석

        본 논문은 우리나라의 전력 수용설비의 설계단계부터 시공,감리 및 운용단계에 이르기 까지 전력 사용실태를 조사, 분석하여 전력 수용설비의 합리적인 수용율에 대한 기준안을 제시한다. 이것을 토대로 설계 담당자들의 설계와 현실적인 운용상태와의 견해차를 좁히고 설정된 수용율을 전기사용 용도별, 기능별로 적용하므로써 초기투자비의 절감, 고정 전력손실의 감소, 전기설비의 이용율의 개선 및 에너지 절약과 전기요금의 절감에 기여할 수 있게 작성되었다. In this paper, the demand factors of existing electrical installation in Korea were investigated through its design, construction, supervision and management, and a new standard for reasonable demand factor of power facilities was suggested. Based on this suggestion, divergence of opinion between design and actual management condition can be diminished. This suggestion was prepared to make a contribrtion to reduction of initial investment, power loss and power fees and energy saving and to improve the utilization of power facilities by applying it to separate items according to the purpose of use and functions.

      • FPL 터널 조명기구의 반사갓 3차원 설계

        This paper is to present the reflector design to have an optical function can increase illuminance, and be able to light distribution curve control. Generally, compare used painting type to German Alanod4, Alanod6, and illuminance brings the results to darken, and reflector must be studied in energy saving a few dimension by a little reflection factor. Also, a way to be able light up an available piece intensively is necessary in the light distribution curve side. In this paper FPL(Fluorescent Lamp P-type) suitable for a tunnel with 3-24W, and verification does a characteristic of the slim lamp which did reflector to the center.
