$I_{\lambda}$-convergence in intuitionistic fuzzy $n$-normed linear space
Nabanita Konwar,Pradip Debnath 원광대학교 기초자연과학연구소 2017 ANNALS OF FUZZY MATHEMATICS AND INFORMATICS Vol.13 No.1
The notion of lacunary ideal convergence in intuitionistic fuzzy normed linear space (IFNLS) was introduced by the present corresponding author [P. Debnath, Lacunary ideal convergence in intuitionistic fuzzy normed linear spaces, Comput. Math. Appl., 63 (2012), 708-715] and an open problem in that paper was whether every lacunary $I$-convergent sequence is lacunary $I$-Cauchy. Further, a new concept of convergence of sequences in an intuitionistic fuzzy $n$-normed linear space (IFnNLS) was given in [M. Sen, P. Debnath, Lacunary statistical convergence in intuitionistic fuzzy $n$-normed linear spaces, Math. Comput. Modelling, 54 (2011), 2978-2985]. With the help of this new definition of convergence, the main aim of this paper is to introduce the concept of $I_{\lambda}$-convergence in an IFnNLS, where $I$ is an ideal of a family of subsets of positive integers $\mathbb{N}$. We also define $I_{\lambda}$-limit points and $I_{\lambda}$-cluster points and establish relations between them. Finally we introduce the notion of $I_{\lambda}$-Cauchy sequence in IFnNLS. We improve and extend some existing results and give a positive answer to the open problem mentioned above in the setting of an IFnNLS.
Magnetic Resonance Imaging for Brain Tumor Detection
Debnath Bhattacharyya,Ronnie Caytiles,Yvette Gelogo,Seung-Hwan Jeon,Tai-hoon Kim 한국정보기술학회 2011 Proceedings of KIIT Conference Vol.2011 No.5
Brain tumors are the second most common group of childhood cancers. Treatment requires a very specialized plan involving a team of medical specialists. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a medical imaging technique used in radiology to visualize detailed internal structures such as the brain. In this paper, we propose an image segmentation method to indentify or detect tumor from the brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
Exploring the behavior of seasonal agricultural migrants in the Rarh region of West Bengal, India
Debnath Manoj 대한공간정보학회 2021 Spatial Information Research Vol.29 No.1
The present paper examines the recent behavioral change of seasonal agricultural migrants in West Bengal. In this context, the present study tries to identify the recent change of destination regions of rural out-migrants in contrast with past migration history. The study is primarily conducted based on information collected from door to door surveys through a structured questionnaire. The logistic regression model has been fitted to analyze the effect of determinant factors on rural male outmigration in the study area. This study identifies how behavior of seasonal agricultural migrants has changed with the ascension of time and space. Shifting routes of seasonal migrants identified with the help of changing migration flow using GIS techniques. The study reveals that due low wage rate in the agricultural sector, rural people are not willing to move toward the past agricultural destination region such as Barddhaman and adjoining areas as agricultural workers. The young males migrate toward new migration destinations areas like western and south India, and the majority of them amalgamated other than agricultural activities. On the contrary, the high wage rate at urban center allures young males is the leading reason behind the recent shifting of migration destination from an agricultural region to industrially developed urban areas. The young male folk moved out of the villages in searching of other than agricultural activities because of being the woeful presence of opportunity in non-agricultural activities in the countryside.
Spatial Features Analysis of Automatically Annotated Images
Debnath Bhattacharyya,Tai-hoon Kim 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Multimedia and Ubiquitous Vol.10 No.11
In this paper, a new method for spatial features based image retrieval is proposed. These are the features specifying location of an image segment in an image and relative spatial location between two image segments etc. Spatial feature adds extra capability of the system in addition to texture, color and shape based object recognition system. Heuristic and semantic features of the image segments are identified from low level color, texture descriptors and directly stored into the image database and easily retrieved also. Position of image segments in the image is detected and stored in the image database that will be accessed for retrieval process later. Object ontology is used to determine the spatial relation between heuristics. These spatial relations and corresponding concept are identified and stored. Spatial rank between two segments will be calculated and stored along with segment ids. Spatial rank is calculated by a new technique. Proper concepts are associated with image segment based on ontology based spatial relation.
Handwritten Signature Watermarking and Extraction Technique Inspired by Principle of Segregation
Debnath Bhattacharyya,Samir Kumar Bandyopadhyay,Poulami Das 보안공학연구지원센터 2007 International Journal of Security and Its Applicat Vol.1 No.1
In this paper, we propose a technique for embedding handwritten signature image data into color images and extracting embedded image data from color images. For the sake of security, two watermarked images will be transmitted in different times from the sender’s end to the receiver’s end, in due course, from two transmitted images, at the receiver’s end, original handwritten signature image data will be extracted; a new way of data hiding. From 1994 onward, the use and popularity of Internet in business particular has explored the area of Intellectual Property protection techniques. This paper presents a technique for watermarking Handwritten Signature that achieves robustness by responding to complexity of copy detection, vulnerability to mark removal after revelation for ownership verification and mark integrity issues due to partial mark removal; these three weaknesses.

In the following years, technology has progressed in so many ways that it has provided the cyber society with a resource that only computers can excel at, such as the art of counterfeit of media, which was before unavailable. Deepfakes are a term used to describe this kind of deception. The majority of well-documented Deep Fakes are produced using Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) Models, which are essentially two distinct Machine Learning Models that perform the roles of attack and defence. These models create and identify deepfakes until they reach a point where the morphing no longer detects the deepfakes anymore. Using this algorithm/model, it is possible to discover and create new media that has a similar demographic to the training set, resulting in the development of the ideal Deep Fake media. Because the alterations are carried out utilising advanced characteristics, they cannot be seen with the human eye. However, it is completely feasible to develop an algorithm that can automatically identify this kind of tampering carried out via the internet. This not only enables us to broaden the scope of our search beyond a single media item, but also beyond a large library of mixed media. The more it learns, the better it becomes as artificial intelligence takes over in full force with automation. In order to create better deep fakes, new models are being developed all the time, making it more difficult to distinguish between genuine and morphing material.
Present Scenario and Future Prospects of Phytase in Aquafeed - Review -
Debnath, Dipesh,Sahu, N.P.,Pal, A.K.,Baruah, Kartik,Yengkokpam, Sona,Mukherjee, S.C. Asian Australasian Association of Animal Productio 2005 Animal Bioscience Vol.18 No.12
Aquaculture pollution is a major concern among the entrepreneurs, farmers and researchers. Excess discharge of phosphorus and nitrogen into the water bodies is the principal pollutant responsible for this. Plant-based feed ingredients due to its high phytic acid content enhances both nitrogen and phosphorus discharge thereby increasing the pollution level. Dietary phytase treatment is probably the best answer to address this problem. This review explains the nature and properties of phytate, its interactions with other nutrients and the application of phytase in aquafeed to reduce the pollution. This review also covers the different biotechnological aspects for lowering the phytic acid level in the common aquafeed ingredients, as an alternate approach to controlling the pollution level. Some of future research needs have also been highlighted to attract the attention of more researchers to this area.
