Ziwuliuzhu Acupuncture Modulates Clock mRNA, Bmal1 mRNA and Melatonin in Insomnia Rats

Background: In clinics, Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture is widely considered an effective method of treating insomnia; however, there is currently limited information available regarding its possible mechanisms. Although the method of Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture possesses a unique rhythmic pattern. Objectives: In this study, we have creatively combined the traditional Chinese medicine of Ziwuliuzhu with a modern biological rhythm to investigate the internal mechanism of insomnia. Methods: Pathological tissue from the hypothalamus was analyzed using hematoxylin– eosin staining. The level of TNF (tumor necrosis factor)-α in the SCN (suprachiasmatic nucleus) area of the hypothalamus was detected in situ using the TUNEL fluorescence staining assay. The concentration of hypothalamic melatonin was detected using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The mRNA expression of Clock and Bmal1 was measured using RT-qPCR. Results: In the Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture groups, the structural damage in the hypothalamic neurons was alleviated compared to the model group and the expression of inflammatory factors was reduced. The mRNA expression levels of Clock and Bmal1 were significantly increased (p < 0.05). The concentration of melatonin was significantly increased (p < 0.001). Although there were no significant differences between the treatment groups (diazepam group, Nazi group, Najia group, and routine group) (p > 0.05). Conclusion: Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture alleviated neuronal damage and modulated the inflammatory reaction in the hypothalamus of rats with insomnia. With the development of drilling technology and the needs of the larger Bulit-up, the screw drill with larger structure corner is used more widely in drilling field. Because the existence of single curved screw drill tool with larger structure corner, it have larger friction during the bend PDM in the process of internal casing, so we often need to use the wellhead adjuvant into the well. In order to understand the single bent screw drill into the state in the wellhead diameter of casing, and how the angle of screw structure impact the feasibility, This paper analysis the stress of the single curved screw drilling tools in the well, and the condition it can safely through the mouth of the well conditions, establish the single bend PDM in the calculation wellhead down model. and the finite element model is established combined with the specific parameters of a well which is in the western of SiChuan depression. Using ansys analysis a particular casing inside diameter, under wellhead vertical segment into different structure when the turn of the screw drilling tools down into characteristics and stress distribution characteristics, it is concluded how large of the structure corners and how depth that the bend PDM can rely on gravity well down into the inside diameter of 250.19 mm casing, concluded the relationship between reaction force, friction force, and maximum stress with the well depth and the change of structure corners from 1.5°to 2.75°,provide a basis for drilling site selection of the appropriate combinations of screw drill and how to regulate the radial force of the device while into the well.

This paper presents a stand-alone variable speed constant frequency (VSCF) ship shaft generator system based on a brushless doubly-fed machine (BDFM). In this system, the output voltage amplitude and frequency of the BDFM are kept constant under a variable rotor speed and load by utilizing a well-designed current vector controller to regulate the control winding (CW) current. The control scheme is proposed, and the hardware design for the control system is developed. The proposed generator system is tested on a 325 TEU container vessel, and the test results show the good dynamic performance of the CW current vector controller and the whole control system. A harmonic analysis of the output voltage and a fuel consumption analysis of the generator system are also implemented. Finally, the total efficiency of the generator system is presented under different rotor speeds and load conditions.

Hyperbranched polyamidoamine (HPAMAM) polymers, chemically analogous to the commercially available PAMAM dendrimer, were modified with isobutyric anhydride to result in isobutyramide (IBAm) terminated HPAMAMs (HPAMAM-IBAm). The aqueous solutions of HPAMAM-IBAm polymers had the lower critical solution temperature (LCST). The lower molecular-weight HPAMAM-IBAm exhibited higher LCST and the LCST difference was around 18 oC for one pseudo-generation variation. Further, the hyperbranched thermoresponsive polymers exhibited much lower LCSTs than the corresponding dendrimers with similar molecular weight. The LCST of HPAMAM-IBAm was pH sensitive. At pH below 10, the LCST increased significantly upon decreasing the pH,whereas, at pH above 10, the LCST decreased slowly with an increasing pH value. Nine sodium salts were used to measure the anion effect on the LCST of HPAMAM-IBAm. It was found that the LCST could also be modulated up or down in a broad range by simply adding a small amount of different kinds of inorganic anions. The specific ranking of inorganic anions in salting-out HPAMAM4-IBAm polymer was in accordance with the well-known Hofmeister series.
