        비서직의 근로여건과 생활여건을 통한 직무만족도와 생활만족도 연구

        The primary purpose of this study was to probe the relationship between job satisfaction and life satisfaction of Secretaries at Korean companies. In order to meet this purpose, the following research questions were analyzed and these were: 1) relationships among personal characteristics variables, job satisfaction and life satisfaction 2) job satisfaction and its impact on life satisfaction 3) causal relationship among job satisfaction and life satisfaction. The sample of this study were 110 secretaries of companies in Seoul. A total of 150 questionnaire were distributed and 110 questionnaires were used in the final analyses. The statistical method used in this research was SPSS 10.0 using reliability test, pearson correlation and multiple regression. The research findings was that job satisfaction was positively related to life satisfaction. The major findings of this study are that it was found that existed significant causal relationships among job satisfaction and life satisfaction of secretaries. Based upon these findings and within limitations of this study, it was concluded that job satisfaction would increase the life satisfaction, finally would influence individual's overall life satisfaction. The implications of this study are the attempt to explore the relationship of secretaries' job satisfaction between life satisfaction by personal characteristics variables will increase the efficiency of HRM and quality of working life of secretaries.

      • 핵심직무특성과 이직의도 연구

        본 연구에서는 비서직 종사자들을 대상으로 이직의도를 결과변수로 삼아 직무특성 및 태도와 의 관련성을 살펴보고자 하였다. 비서직 종사자들의 핵심직무특성과 이직의도간의 관계에 있어 태도가 매개작용을 하는지의 여부를 검증해 보는 것이다. 150명을 대상으로 하여 타당성, 신뢰성 분석 및 회귀분석을 실행하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 비서직 종사자의 핵심직무특성과 이직의도간의 직무만족과 조직몰입이 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 더 나아가 매개변수인 직무만족과 조직몰입이 통제된 상황에서는 독립변수인 직무특성이 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타나 직무만족과 조직몰입은 핵심직무특성과 이직의도간에 완전매개효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 아울러 연구의 한계와 향후 지속적인 연구방향에 대하여 정리하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of job characteristics on the secretaries" with the intermediate effects on the turnover intention. The sample for this study consisted of 110 secretaries from business companies in Seoul and Kyunggi provinces and the research data were analyzed using SPSS programs. Factor analysis, Cronbach"s alpha analysis, multiple regression analysis were used for the statistical methods. The result from this study is as follows: Job satisfaction and organization commitment showed strong intermediate effects of job characteristics on secretaries" turnover intentions. The implications and the limitations of these results, and the direction for future study were discussed.

        사회과학 연구에 있어 인터넷 및 상업용 통신망을 이용한 전자설문 조사방법의 활용

        Cyberspace permits us to more beyond traditional face-to-face, mail and telephone surveys, yet still to examine basic issues regarding the quality of data collection: sampling, questionnaire design, survey distribution, means of response, and database creation. This article address each of these issues by contrasting and comparing traditional survey methods(Paper-and-Pencil) with Internet or Personal Computer networks-mediated (Screen-and-Keyboard) survey methods also introduces researchers to this revolutionary and innovative tool and outlines a variety of practical methods for using the Internet or Personal Computer Networks. The revolution in telecommunications technology has fostered the rapid growth of the Internet all over the world. The Internet is a massive global network and comprising many national and international networks of interconnected computers. The Internet or Personal Computer Networks could be the comprehensive interactive tool that will facilitate the development of the skills. The Internet or Personal Computer Networks provides a virtual frontier to expand our access to information and to increase our knowledge and understanding of public opinion, political behavior, social trends and lifestyles through survey research. Comparable to other technological advancements, the Internet or Personal Computer Networks presents opportunities that will impact significantly on the process and quality of survey research now and in the twenty-first century. There are trade-offs between traditional and the Internet or Personal Computer Networks survey. The Internet or Personal Computer Networks is an important channel for obtaining information for target participants. The cost savings in time, efforts, and material were substantial. The use of the Internet or Personal Computer Networks survey tool will increase the quality of research environment. There are several limitations to the Internet or Personal Computer Network survey approach. It requires the researcher to be familiar with Internet navigation and E-mail, it is essential for this process. The use of Listserv and Newsgroup result in a biased sample of the population of corporate trainers. However, it is this group that participates in technology and is in the fore front of shaping the new organizations of interest, and therefore it consists of appropriate participants. If this survey method becomes popular and is too frequently used, potential respondents may become as annoyed with E-mail as the sometimes are with mail survey and junk mail. Being a member of the Listserv of Newsgroup may moderate that reaction. There is a need to determine efficient, effective ways for the researcher to strip identifiers from E-mail, so that respondents remain anonymous, while simultaneously blocking a respondent from responding to a particular survey instrument more than once. The optimum process would be on that is initiated by the researcher : simple, fast and inexpensive to administer and has credibility with respondents. This would protect the legitimacy of the sample and anonymity. Creating attractive Internet or Personal Computer Networks survey formats that build on the strengths of standardized structures but also capitalize on the dynamic and interactive capability of the medium. Without such innovations in survey design, it is difficult to imagine why potential survey respondents would use their time to answer questions. More must be done to create diverse and exciting ways of building an credibility between respondents and researchers on the Internet or Personal Computer Networks. We believe that the future of much exciting research is based in the Electronic survey research.         본 연구의 목적은 CEO 리더십과 조직문화의 관계를 알아본다. 본 연구의 모형 CEO 리더십이 조직문화에 영향을 줄 것이라고 가정한다. 본 연구는 CEO의 변혁적 리더십과 조직문화의 관계를 알아보기 위해, A사와 W사를 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 실시하였다. CEO 리더십과 조직문화의 관계를 살펴보기 위해 본 연구는 명제1을 제시함과 동시에 세부적인 변혁적 리더십과 조직문화의 관계를 알아보기 위해 명제1-1, 명제1-2, 명제1-3 및 명제1-4를 제시하였다. 심층인터뷰 내용은 A사와 W사 모두 CEO의 변혁적 리더십은 조직문화를 유사하게 형성을 하며, 긍정적인 영향력을 가짐을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 CEO의 변혁적 리더십의 조직문화에 대한 영향력을 알아보기 위한 이론적인 토대를 제공하고, 더불어 CEO의 변혁적 리더십과 조직문화의 구제척인 관계를 설명함으로써, 관리자들에게 충분한 실증적 연구의 기초를 제공할 것이다. This study aims to identify the relationship between CEO’s transformational leadership style and organizational culture. Our research proposes a framework that CEO"s transformational leadership style enhanced organizational culture. Also, We performed in-depth interviews with the CEO and employees of different positions of two companies of A and W. Research findings can be summarized as follows. First, we found that CEO transformational leadership positively related to organizational culture. Second, the organizational culture had similar characteristics to the CEO"s leadership style to a certain extent.

        NCS 기반 비서·사무행정 교육과정 개발 사례

        고등직업교육기관인 전문대학은 국가직무능력표준(NCS)를 활용하여 산업현장의 요구를 반영한 현장중심의 교육과정을 도입함으로써 현장에 바로 적응할 수 있는 직무중심의 인재를 양성할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 K대학 비서행정과 NCS 기반 교육과정 개발 사례연구를 통해, 사회수요 맞춤형 고등직업교육 운영을 위한 기초를 마련하고 또한 참다운 인성과 최고의 직무능력을 갖춘 여성 전문 인재 양성이라는 목표에 부합하고자 하였다. NCS 기반 교육과정 개발은 첫째, 직업전망, 고용동향 등의 인력수요 전망 및 환경 분석을 실시하고, 재학생·산업체를 대상으로 설문조사와 학과 내부 역량을 조사하는 등 환경분석 및 요구분석을 실시하여 학과에 양성해야할 인재양성유형 및 직무를 선정하였다. 둘째, 직무별 현장전문가가 포함된 교육과정 개발위원회를 구성하여 직무정의, 직무모형 설정, 직무모형 검증을 수행하였으며, 마지막으로 NCS 능력단위, 능력단위요소, 수행준거, 지식(K), 기술(S), 태도(A)를 고려하여 교과목 도출, 교과목 프로파일 작성 및 최종 교육과정표를 도출하였다. 교육과정을 운영하면서 관련되는 검증들이 향후 연구에서 다뤄져야 할 것이며, 이러한 NCS 기반 교육과정 운영의 결과로 학습자의 직무향상, 운영의 질관리, 성과평가 및 취업으로의 연계 등에 대한 연구도 향후 중요하게 다루어져야 할 부분이다. National Competency Standards (hereinafter ‘NCS’), provides standardized contents, such as knowledge·technology·attainments, required for work performance on industrial sites according to sector and standardized capabilities(i.e. knowledge, skill, attitudes) for successful performance of duties on industrial sites at the national level. Post-secondary education has the obligation to provide necessary skill development for students to become professionals endowed with desirable personality traits and competencies required both by the community as well as local and national industry. This paper is a case study of curriculum development conducted within the Department of Secretarial Administration at K university, from the perspective of NCS. The study used subject matter expert(SME) findings, competency factors for secretary and office administration divisions, needs analysis including job trends, competency unit elements, job model, coursework, course profile, and course road map. The main findings of this case study show the importance of NCS in university for achieving students’ job competencies.

      • 한국기업의 전략적 인사평가 방법에 관한 서설적 연구

        The purpose of this article is to examine the efficiency of employee's competency evaluation methods and sources. This paper is aimed at presenting a new direction of the personal appraisal with swift applying to the change of employees' roles and through finding rationalization plan for the establishment of the personal appraisal system suitable to present organization situation. This study suggests a new concept for combining different methods of employee's competency evaluation systems and thus enhancing the ability of managers to assess employees' competency in the organization. It is critical to concern the new evaluation methods and multiple sources, a new trends in the fields of Human Resources Management that has emerged in order to adapt to the changes in the environment, is rapidly expanding in its application. However, academic research on the subject is still very far behind in comparison with the rapidity with which it is spreading in the business world. Thus, as a groundwork research for effective use of the new evaluation methods this research has probed the characteristics of the efficient employee's competency evaluation system.
