LB-DECK의 Lattice bar 높이 변화에 따른 합성거동 연구

본 연구는 교량바닥판의 한 형태인 LB-DECK의 내하력 증가와 구조적인 성능 향상을 위하여 Lattice bar의 높이를 135 ㎜에서 70 ㎜로 변경함에 따른 현장타설 콘크리트와의 합성거동 여부를 평가하는데 있다. 평가 방법은 Lattice bar 높이 135 ㎜와 70 ㎜의 두 가지 시편을 제작하여 재하 실험을 실시하였다. 실험결과 Lattice bar의 높이가 70 ㎜ 시편은 135 ㎜의 시편보다 17.1%의 극한모멘트 증가율을 보였으며, 이는 모멘트 팔길이의 증가에 따른 것으로 판단된다. 균열형상은 LB-DECK의 하부에서 시작하여 현장타설 콘크리트 하부로 진전되는 양상으로 LB-DECK의 접합면은 인장에 의한 지배를 받는 것으로 나타났다. 균열형상 및 중립축 변화를 분석한 결과, LB-DECK와 현장타설 콘크리트는 합성거동 함을 확인하였다. The experimental investigations for the flexural strength and composite behavior of a bridge deck with precast concrete panel form work called LB-DECK based on the height change of lattice bar from 135 ㎜ to 70 ㎜ to increase ultimate strength and construction ability. Two types of beams with LB-DECK were tested. Tested beams with 70 ㎜ lattice bar have 17.1% average ultimate strength than 135 ㎜ lattice bar due to the increase of moment arm. And the cracks are propagated from the bottom of LB-DECK to the bottom of plate with continuous pattern, and the upper part of LB-DECK is in tension. From the monitoring of crack patterns and neutral axis changes, a composite behavior is observed between LB-DECK and slab concrete.

Overseas construction has played an important role as a main axis in the developing Korean economy. During recent years, it has suffered from the Korean currency crisis followed by the South-east Asia economic crisis, afterward. While the international construction market has been enlarging continuously, the Korean firms’ new contracts even have been decreasing. They have been unsuccessful in obtaining new works. There are so many reasons for this decline, such as their limited geographical markets, the lack of technologies, financial problems, and so on. Aiming to understand recent trend of the international construction market and to suggest the plans for international competitiveness of the Korean overseas construction, this study analyzes the trends of the international construction markets and compares the domestic firms’ performance with the foreign. Extensive review and analysis of statistical data related to the overseas construction have been performed, and 217 cases of the Korean overseas project during 1999 to 2001 have been reviewed. In addition, the financial statements of the domestic and foreign firms during 1997 to 2001 have been also analyzed.
