        의치상 레진의 표면 전처리가 연성 이장재와의 인장결합강도에 미치는 영향

        Statement of problem: The failure of adhesion between the resilient denture liner and the denture base is a serious problem in clinic. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of denture base resin surface pretreatments (mechanical and/or chemical) on the tensile bond strength between a resilient liner and processed denture resin. Material and method. Acrylic-based resilient liners (Soft liner; GC co., Japan & Coe-Soft; GC America Inc. USA) and silicone-based resilient liners (Mucosoft, Parkell Inc., USA & Dentusil; Bosworth co., USA) were used. Specimens in each soft lining material were divided two groups with or without mechanical pretreatment. Each denture base specimen received 1 of 4 chemical pretreatments including: (1) no treatment, (2) 30-s acetone treatment, (3) 15-s methylene chloride treatment, (4) 180-s methyl methacrylate treatment. All specimens were thermocycled and placed under tension until failure in a universal testing machine. Results: 1. Silicone-based resilient liners exhibited significantly higher tensile bond strengths than acrylic-based resilient liners (P<.05). 2. Grinding the denture base resin improved tensile bond strengths of silicone-based resilient liners, but reduced tensile bond strengths of acrylic-based resilient liners (P<.05). 3. In acrylic-based resilient liners, treating with acetone significantly increased the bond strength of Soft liner and treating with methyl methacrylate significantly increased the bond strength of Coe-Soft (P<.05). However they were not effective compared to silicone-based resilient liner. 4. In silicone-based resilient liners, treating with all chemical etchants significantly increased the bond strength of Mucosoft to denture base, and treating with methylene chloride and methyl methacrylate increased the bond strength of Dentusil to denture base (P<.05). Conclusion: Although chemical and mechanical pretreatments were not effective on tensile bond strength of acrylic-based resilent liner to denture base, treating the denture base resin surface with appropriate chemical etchants after mechanical pretreatment significantly increased the tensile bond strength of silicone-based resilient liner to denture base.

        감마선 조사에 의한 목재성질 변화에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 감마선 조사가 소나무(Pinus densiflrora), 느티나무(Zelkovas serrenata), 오동나무( Paulownia tomentosa)의 세포벽 열화, 셀룰로오스 결정화도, 휨 강도에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위해 수행되었다. 각 목재시편들을 100 kGy 선량의 감마선 조사 후 주사전자현미경(scanning electron microscope; SEM) 관찰 결과, 목재 세포벽 열화는 관찰되지 않았으며 휨 강도 역시 현저한 변화가 나타나지 않았다. 감마선 조사에 의한 셀룰로오스 결정화도 역시 유의한 변화가 관찰되지 않았다. 이러한 감마선에 대한 목재의 높은 안전성은 감마선 조사 기술을 재질손상 없이 목재를 가해 중인 균류와 충류 구제를 위해 적용할 수 있음을 의미한다. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of gamma radiation on cell wall degradation, cellulose crystallinity, and flexural strength of Pinus densiflrora, Zelkova serrenata, and Paulownia tomentosa. By the gamma radiation at the dose up to 100 kGy, the cell wall degradation was not detected with scanning electron microscope (SEM) observation from all samples, and the flexural strength was not significantly changed. Cellulose crystallinity was neither changed by the gamma radiation. This high stability of wood against gamma radiation means that the radiation technology can be used for eradicating fungal and insect infestation of wood without the changes in wood properties.

        미야모토 무사시(宮本武藏)의 『오륜서(五輪書)』와 무도사상

        『오륜서』는 에도시대를 대표하는 3대 병법서 중의 하나로 일본 무도사상의 형성에 있어 중요한 기틀이 되었다. 본 연구는 미야모토 무사시의 인물분석과 『오륜서』의 내용분석을 통해 그의 무도사상의 특징을 규명하려 하였다. 연구를 통해 『오륜서』가 선대의 병법서들을 사상적으로 수용하면서도 대상과 내용에 있어 독자성을 지닌 저술이었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 무사시는 타류의 모호성과 비밀주의를 배격하면서 보편적·실용적 병법을 추구하였다. 그리고 병법에 있어 실전성을 중시하여 타류의 형식주의를 비판하였다. 그리고 실전성을 위해 수련에 있어 체험을 통한 체득을 중시하면서도 신체와 정신의 일치를 위한 사리일치의 수련을 주장하였다. 『오륜서』는 적을 어떻게 이기는가에 대하여 그리고 그것을 위해 개인이 어떻게 수련하여야 하는가에 대해서 이야기하는 책이다. 무사시가 개인으로서 병법수련자가 가야할 바를 『오륜서』에 제시한 것은 현대 무도수련자들에게 있어서도 수련의 목적을 신체와 정신 사이에 고민하는데 있어 대안을 제시할 수 있다 본다. Miyamoto Musashi and Gorinnosho are widely known to the public as a representative of Japanese swordsmanship. It was one of the three major tactics books to represent the Edo period and became an important base element of the formation of Japanese martial art philosophy. This study is intended to establish the characteristics of martial art philosophy of Miyamoto Musashi through the figure analysis of Miyamoto Musashi and the content analysis of his book, Gorinnosho. As a result of the study, it was possible to confirm that Gorinnosho was an independent work of purpose and content while accepting the previous tactics books. Musashi sought universal and practical method of swordsmanship by excluding the ambiguity and secrecy of other schools. And he criticized the concentration on form because he valued the actuality of warfare. He insisted the coincidence of body and mind in training with emphasizing the learning by experience in field to prepare the actuality of warfare. Gorinnosho is the book about how to defeat an enemy and about how to train to win. The presentation of Musashin in Gorinnosho, What a trainee of swordsmanship should do as an individual, it can answer an alternative for trainees of martial arts torn between body and mind for training.

        우리나라 주요 김 생산해역의 해수 및 물김에 대한 위생학적 평가

        Sanitary evaluation of seawater and Pyropia sp. laver collected from the five major laver growing areas in Korea was performed four times over the course of a year. The seawater quality in four of these five areas was regarded as the clean area according to Korean criteria, but the seawater at one investigation site in Seoheon area was found to exceed the standard for fecal coliform. In the bacteriological safety analysis of laver (raw source), the percentages of samples not conforming to Chinese criteria at the five sites were 55.6% (Seocheon), 70.0% (Shinan), 81.8% [Jindo (Haenam)], 63.6% (Wando), and 28.6% [Goheung (Jangheung)]. Pathogenic bacteria were not detected in all laver samples. The food safety of laver (raw source) based on heavy metal concentration was confirmed using Korean criteria; the concentrations of heavy metals in laver samples collected from the major laver growing areas were 0.008-0.632 mg/kg wet weight (ww) lead, 0.024-0.137 mg/kg ww cadmium, 0.908-2.892 mg/kg ww total arsenic, and 0.003-0.013 mg/kg ww total mercury. Therefore, pollution source management and periodic monitoring of heavy metals may be required to improve the food safety of laver produced in these laver growing areas.

        다쿠앙(澤庵)의 다도관과 선사상에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 다쿠앙 소호(澤庵 宗彭)의 저술들 중 발견되는 다도와 관련된 문헌들을 통해 그의 다도관을 밝히려 하였다. 다쿠앙 화상은 에도 초기의 선승으로 모든 수행들은 선수행의 연장선에 있는 것으로, 무도를 비롯 다양한 예능 등의 게고(稽古)나 수행에 있어서도 선의(禪意)와 합치되는 것이 중요하다 주장하였다. 검의 수행에 있어 “검선일여(劍禪一如)”와 같이, 다도에 있어서도 “다선일미(茶禪一味)”의 사상을 주장하여, 행다(行茶)와 같은 다도 수행의 궁극적 목적도 선의 완성에 있다고 하였다. 그의 저술들에 드러난 다도관은 당시 다도의 대중화 과정에서 나타난 다도의 유예화를 배격하고 다도에 있어 수행성을 중시하며 다도를 통해 선의 완성의 경지인 “무심(無心)”에 이를 것을 말하고 있다. 다쿠앙화상은 다도는 천지중화의 기를 즐기는 것이 본질으로 “예(禮)”를 통해 만물이 합일(合一)하는 “대조화(大調和)”라는 완성의 경지에 이르는 것이라 저술을 통해 밝히고 있다. The purpose of this study is to understand the Takuan`s perception of tea and his thought of Zen. Takuan is a monk of the Zen Buddhism in the early part of Edo period. He insisted that all of practices and training at knighthood or traditional art as like tea must aim at the perfection of Zen. He insisted the theory, “Sameness of Tea and Zen(茶禪一味)” that the truth of tea and the truth of Zen are unified into same. And the perfection of Zen could be completed with practices of the way of tea(茶道). According to his writings, he defined that the essence of way of tea is to enjoy the energy of harmony of heaven and earth. He set a high value on “Harmony(和)” and “Respect(敬)” as the value of practice of tea. He criticized the amusement trend of tea and standed by the practice asceticism of tea. He insisted to reach the perfection of Zen, “the absence of the worldly desires(無心)” by the practice of way of tea.

        양식산 어류의 부위별 총수은 함량 및 위해도 평가

        Total mercury (TM) is a hazardous element that is of particular concern to human health. Due to the diversity of dietary habits among fishes, tissue-specific analysis of hazardous elements is necessary. In this study, the tissue-specific TM in cultured fish was analyzed to conduct risk assessment. The highest concentrations of TM were found in the farmed marine fish Pagrus major (0.111 mg/kg) and in the farmed freshwater fish Channa argus (0.162 mg/kg). TM concentration was significantly correlated with total fish length (P<0.01). Significant differences in TM were found between three types of fish tissue, with the concentration in fish muscle being significantly higher than those of gill or liver (P<0.01). Moreover, the tissue-specific TM concentrations of farmed freshwater fish were significantly higher than those of farmed marine fish (P<0.01). According to the risk assessment, the TM body exposure rate of muscle and liver in cultured fishes ranged from 0.001 to 0.389% of the Provisional Tolerable Weekly Intake. Therefore, these results showing the tissue-specific TM contents of cultured fish could be useful to assess the health risks of Koreandietary habits.

        변연골 흡수가 내측연결 임플란트 매식체의 응력분포에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The change of the marginal bone around dental implants have significance not only for the functional maintenance but also for the esthetic success of the implant. The purpose of this study was to investigate the load transfer of internal conical joint type implant according to marginal bone resorption by using the three-dimensional finite element analysis model. Materials and methods: The internal conical joint type system was selected as an experimental model. Finite element models of bone/implant/prosthesis complex were constructed. A load of 300 N was applied vertically beside 3 mm of implant axis. Results: The pattern of stress distribution according to marginal bone resorption was similar. The maximum equivalent stress of implant was increase according to marginal bone resorption and the largest maximum equivalent stress was shown at model of 1 mm marginal bone resorption. Although marginal bone loss more than 1mm was occurred increasing of stress, the width of the stress increase was decreasing. Conclusion: According to these results, the exposure of thin neck portion of internal conical joint type implant is most important factor in stress increasing. 연구 목적: 지금까지 성공적인 임플란트 치료를 위해 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔으며, 임플란트 주변 골 흡수 현상에 대한 연구는 매우 관심이 높은 분야 중 하나이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 삼차원 유한요소응력분석을 이용하여 변연골 흡수가 내측연결 임플란트 매식체의 기계적 안정성에 미치는 영향을 간접적으로 확인하고자 하였다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 악골에 식립된 내측연결 형태의 임플란트 매식체에 티타늄 소재의 임플란트 지대주를 지대주 나사로 연결하고 상부에 금합금관을 장착하는 삼차원 유한요소모형을 설계하였다. 0, 1, 2, 3 mm의 변연골 흡수 상태를 적용하고, 교합면 중심에서부터 3 mm 편측에 300 N의 수직 하중을 가하여 임플란트 매식체에 발생하는 최대 주응력을 계산하였다. 결과: 유한요소분석결과 변연골 흡수에 따른 임플란트 매식체의 최대 주응력 분포는 유사한 양상을 보였으며, 임플란트 매식체 상단에서 가장 높은 응력 집중이 나타났다. 최대 주응력은 처음 1 mm 변연골 흡수를 가정하였을 때 가장 크게 증가하였고, 이후 변연골 흡수가 증가할수록 응력은 증가하였지만 응력 증가의 폭은 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 결론: 이러한 결과로부터 내측연결 임플란트에서 매식체 두께가 얇은 경부의 노출은 변연골 흡수로 인한 응력 증가에 가장 큰 원인임을 알 수 있었으며, 매식체의 변형, 균열 및 파절 등의 기계적 실패를 감소시키기 위해서는 이에 대한 외과적, 보철적 고려가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

      • 대학 투기 종목 선수들의 운동 상해에 관한 조사 연구

        This study aimed to investigate and analyze the cause of injury, symtoms, the region, the ways of prevention and others which have resulted from the training or game of the athletes of the gave event This study will be used as the basic materials in exploring the effective ways of minimizing the injury during the play. The followings are the results of the above investigation and analysis conducted in practical ways. 1.Of the causes of the injury from sports, carelessness of the atheletes showed the highest rate of reply by 60 players(22.81%) while fatigue(extreme training) by 48 players(18.25%), loosened attention by 33 players(12.5%) and show-off of the capacity of the athletes and lack of preparatory exercise by 27 players(10.27%), a comparative high rate of reply. 2.As the ways of preventions the injury, 48 players(18.25%) answered that mental concentration and burden of making record should be reduced by highest rate of reply while 45 players(17.11%) replied that the skill should be elevated, 28 players(10.65%) recovery from fatigue and 23 players(8.75%) periodical physical examination. 3.When asked the case of the symtoms of injury exeperienced by the athletes as of now, the blister of the skin injury showed 1206 cases(35.33%), and muscel blow of the injury of muscle and tendon was 1474 cases(33.82%), and broken bone of the bone injury was 1301 cases(57.41%), and the sprain of the injury of joint was 495 cases(30%), and neuralgia of the nerve and sense organs was 520 cases(38.15%) showing the highest rate of reply. 4.When asked on the experience of injury, Taekwondo athletes had injury at the jount of hand by 325 cases(10.98%), Judo players at the calf of the leg by 425 cases(9.75%), and at the below part of the face by 385 cases(13.36%), wrestlers at the shoulder and neck by 295 cases(9.84%) showing highest rate of reply, and generally they had injury at the joint of hand by 1021 cases(7.77%), leg joint 960 cases(7.31%) and shoulder 950 cases(7.23%).
