In this study, we wanted to develop high-efficiency HC that can be mounted inside the Air Intake system. To achieve this, we compared the efficiency adsorption efficiency of the HC adsorption canister, the granular charcoal, and the Activate Carbon adsorption of the Activate Carbon adsorption, and analyzed the five types of filling materials applied and the properties accordingly. As a result, three Activate Carbon powder of the Activate Carbon of HC of application performance is the best way to ensure that, dipping HC adsorption positive impacts on performance enhancement. Could tell. Accordingly, the powdered activated carbon to reforming and dipping HC through the process developed three samples, and developed a prototype HC-Trap to the Performance Evaluation . BWC (butane working capacity, Bhutan absorption performance) assessment. As a result, the results showed that the performance of the three samples showed an average of 0.65g/cm2 and showed similar results comparable to 0.67 g/cm2.

Investigators at the Serious Fraud Office(UK, SFO) have comprehensive investigative powers in their jurisdiction against corruption crimes. In Korea, the rules that apply to prosecutors are applied equally to prosecutors in the Corruption Investigation Office For High-ranking Officials(CIO), so the prosecutors in the CIO have the same authority in crime investigations. In other words, the prosecutor of CIO has the right of compulsory disposition in investigating such as arrest, arrest, seizure, search, and verification power under the Criminal Procedure Act. Also, since the investigator at the CIO has the status of a judicial police officer, he has the same powers exercised by judicial police officers. In the case of the SFO, not only lawyers working in the investigation office are granted the right to claim compulsory disposition, and investigators may also request such compulsory disposition. What is peculiar to the SFO is that it provides a relatively wide range of arrests without warrants for persons suspected of committing the crime of corruption. Next, the investigator of the SFO can receive financial information from the suspect through a court warrant, but there are exceptions in this regard as well. In particular, investigators at the SFO can request questions, answers, and documents from those involved in the case without a warrant issued by the court. In addition, the SFO has formed a case team to actively communicate with team members. Through this team-based collaboration, complex and difficult cases of corruption are being solved, and the effect appears to be significant in numbers. In the case of the SFO, counter-measures against corruption crimes are established through regular meetings with the head of the police, the director of the Crown Prosecution Service and the director of the SFO. It is thought that it is necessary to form a committee in which the institution participates, and a committee for crimes in particular.
