        현재 상용화되고 있는 ISDN(Integrated Services Digital Network)이 정보통신 산업의 활성화는 물론 정보사회에서의 하부구조로서 국가발전에 기여하도록 하기 위해서는 최근 수요가 급증하고 있는 H 채널 서비스에 대한 제공능력을 현재 구성된 ISDN 구조내에 추가할 필요성이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 ISDN 교환기내에 회선모드에 대한 H 채널의 교환기능 수용 방안을 검토하였다.

        In parallel with rapid advances and increased reliance on telecommunication services, network technologies continue to evolve. In addition, the advanced switching technologies required for ATM technology and switched multimegabit digital service(SMDS) are now being deployed. Considering the rapid deployment of new services and technologies, escalating competive pressures, and the broadening demands of customers, service providers face an immediate and pressing need to streamline, simplify, and automate network management operations. This research provides the first step in the requirements process for a new type o network operations capability. The logical model of this research describes a set of functions that could be assigned to either physical standalone components, operations systems, or network elements. This research should help facilitate consistency in the way the operations for different new technologies are specified.

      • 협대역 ISDN에서의 중대역 교환기능 실현에 관한 연구(Ⅰ) : 회선교환 모드에 의한 실현방안 Realization Scheme Based on the Circuit Switched Mode

        Prior to the national narrowband ISDN commercial service, it is necessary to develop the wideband switching capability in order to prepare the needs for wideband services which are expected to increase rapidly in the near future. Among the wideband channels, HO channel switching is expected to be implemented based on the present narrowband ISDN switch. In the development of HO channel switching, both of circuit switched mode and packet switched mode must be implemented like narrowband case. In this paper, an implementation scheme of wideband switching function on the existing TDX-lB/ISDN switch based on the circuit switched mode is suggested. For this, we proposed multi-time slot assignment method using divided in two channel table and addition of dedicated wideband switch method which utilizes existing switch module. We also surveyed the applicability of the two methods to the TDX-1B/ISDN switch. Based on this survey, we finally proposed a implementation scheme adopting the two methods par tially.

      • 마이크로프로세서를 이용한 교차로에서의 교통신호등 제어에 관한 연구

        The traffic-light controller uaing microcomputer is suggested. The basic algorithm is developed in consideration of program size, execution times of critical routines and real-time interactions with peripheral devices. The suggested algorithm can be easily adapted to any specific microcomputer. The goal is to feed a maximum number of cars through the intersection in any time period and the maximum duration of a red light for each route represents the primary constraint.
