The declaration anti the plan of NIEO which was trade in 1974 under the situation of petroleum crisis has a characteristic-an demands of the South over the last 20 years are included in a single declaration. There seem to lack in consistency of the group which seeks to unity among the conflicting international interests. The North including especially three countries of USA, and Germany, and Japan considers the demands of the South according to NIEO as the revolutionary challenge to the former international economic order based on that of market economy, while Holland, France, and north European nations which come to realizing the reality of market economy have the different view on NIEO from that of the above three nations. Even though they regard NIEO that is the demands of the third world as unrealistic, it is realistic in a sense that there is inevitability that they don't contradict the change of the economic order requested in the world economy for their own North's interests. NIEO is considered to extend to the international relationships social drive which led to establishing welfare states within their advanced countries. If each nation has not set up the fair national order, the realization of international justice principle and elimination of poverty cannot be achieved. Korea's today situation depended heavily on the advanced countries has part of the third world elements, but has a different position in the point of natural resources, economy, and trade structure. If Korea needs the continuous pursuit of internation-oriented growth strategy, the enlarging and varing of markets is the urgent problem to solve. Thus we must seek to have various trading countries in ASEAN, Africa, and South-middle America, because Korea is dependent on these countries for the demands of primary products. We have been accelerating the economic development plan through raw materials held by the third world, butt have not got out of law income situation and unbalanced international income and outgo. So we must strengthen the base of the reciprocal and wide economic cooperation through long term plans, not business-based trade. The third world is keeping an eye on the international movement of Korean economy, for fear that Korea should follow the advanced countries sticking to their own interests. My suggestion is that an organization to take charge of economic exchange and cooperation with the third world should be estadlished. I come to the conclusion that we can attain the goal of mutual prosperity in existence through our own cooperation model which win be developed by this organization.

The purpose of the present survey was to find out citizen's value system, life attitude, cause of criminal acts, and to hear Citizen's opinion Clean-up of the community, and the needs of social education. Populations of the present survey were stratified sampling from each socio-economic status of Chinju City. It is too much sorry for investigator to solve owing to the fact that subjects of survey covered many problems and that survey was carried out by students not trainer so well. The main findings warrented from the present survey were as follows: 1. It is hoped to emphasizes ocial education in accordanse with national development. But there remained such problems as the formation of institutions for preventing juvenile delinquency and guiding children being adjudicated or considered delinquent, and more concrete, specialized survey for gang groups of the community. It is confirmed by investigator that social education is much more important than het school education for modernization and prosperity of our fatherland. It is fervently desired by investigator that We should develop and promote city Chinju as a model case of social education in the country, which investigator is firmly sure to take charge of that responsibility. 2. It was hoped to renew people's thought, attitude, and value in accordance with national development. Of caurse, there remained many problems such as understanding child problem, the program for guidance, etc., which must be studied. Finally, investigator thanks to Kim Chongku, mayor of Chinju City, and to Lee Chunghee, ex-chif of social section of Chinju city for their kind cooperation and encouragement.

Our present System of the Exportation Support makes relation to the law of the exportation monetary support, the exportation support in the tax, the support for foreign trade, the foreign exchange charge, the exportation support of arrears, and a system of the exportation gurancee. The System may be true to be contributed toward the high standard growth of export actual results 40 percent average of a year recently. However, on the other hand, there would be for us a coming subject of the settlement for betterment of trade-balance due to increased import. Upon this, the System of the Exportation Support will be in need of macro-adjustment to basic direction as "a link of the Exportation Promote Polices." 1) The present system of the exportation support should get out of the various laws as the campensation for export loss, making actual results in short term and the System should lay great emphasis on the betterment of facilities for the export goods production, on the preferential for the interal material industry and a Reform in technique specially should be made in future. 2) For the maintenance of standard stablization under the national economic and normal exchange of the rate, a Struggle for International will strengthen through the display of a Price-Mechanism. 3) Such previous sprit of Enterprisers that they use rather to make a profit from their import, to make up a red-ink deficit than a large profit from their export must be not accepted from the System and it is reasonable to be contributed to a large scale through their steady saving enlargement, rationalistic operation, increased production and market-expolitation. 4) Government does give imvetus to the domestic production of export materials in order to enlarge high rate of foreign exchange earning and the system of the exportation monetary support makes use of a basic law as Rate of Earning and it also can be refered to the assessment for actual result. 5) Finding out of the multilateral trade in the overseas market, Government is forward to offer a positiver support policy to the enterprisers who make every efforts to new market research.

It is expected to promote the economic development in the concerned countries by the multinations co-operation and integration in economy. In this view, the trend of the world economy, in the developed or underdeveloped countries, is towards its localization. In other worlds, We can find out the active co-operation in Europe of the developed or Latin-America of the developing. However, it is regretful to reveal slower or unactive in mutual co-operation ill Asia, as compared with that of the other areas. Such a reason is mainly owing to the complicated factors in social economic political situation. But it does not mean that in this area there was net even little move or ideas for mutual co-operation in economy. New with the world wide trend for mutual co-operation, Asian countries begin to have their deep concern in such a trend. In future, it is possible even in Asian to have mutual co-operation in the field of agriculture, finance, industry and trade. And we assure it must be achieved. For economic integration, it is customary to be through the phase of co-operation, co-ordination, integration. Especially in Asia, it is impossible to achieve integration on the instant. Therefore, in order to approach even to the integration, we must have an intensive study in this field.
