대학행정의 내부의사결정을 위한 교육비 분석모형과 그 적용

대학의 최고경영자가 직면하는 의사결정에서 필요한 중요 정보 중의 하나가 교육비원가정보이다. 본 연구에서는 교육비원가 분석모형을 기존의 모형을 바탕으로 좀 더 정교하게 개발하고, 이를 사립대학인 M대학의 교육활동에서 발생되는 원가에 적용, 분석하였다. 교육과 관련된 활동에서 발생하는 원가를 지출항목별, 발생요인별, 부문별로 집계하고 원가의 행태를 분석하여 단과대학별로 학생일인당 그리고 학점당 교육원가를 구하고 그 계산의 논리적 근거를 제시하였다. 이 원가정보는 원가차이도, 등록금 환원율, 엥겔지수, 재정공헌도 및 차이분석을 통하여 대학내 여러 의사결정을 돕는 유용한 정보로 이용될 수 있을 것이다. It is the educational cost information that university administrators need to make better decisions in their operational activities. This study develops an analysis model of educational costs, after reviewing the existing models, and applies the model to a private university, M university to analyze costs incurred in its educational activities. Costs incurred in education related activities are accumulated on the basis of expenditure accounts, incurrence factors and divisions. Behaviors of the costs were also analyzed. The educational costs per student and per unit for individual college were calculated with the logical basis. The educational cost information may be used to help university administrators to make various decisions through cost difference ratio, tuition revenues to educational cost ratio. Engel's coefficient, financial contribution ratio, and analysis of variance.
