        도인양생공 운동치료프로그램의 고찰

황룡 ( Ryong Hwang ),황명자 ( Myeong Ja Hwang ),최영준 ( Young Jun Choi ) 한국리듬운동학회 2012 한국리듬운동학회지 Vol.5 No.2

The purpose of this study was to examine the theoretical basis of rhythmic health exercise, Daoyinyangshenggong, within its concept and physical exercise theory. Daoyinyangshenggong is a therapeutic exercise program, based on the theory of internal organs and the bowels of Chinese medicine, Yin and Yang and Energy blood theory. This fusion exercise combines Daoyin and Yangsheng, physical fitness and mind control which consequently promotes health and helps preventing other diseases. As a distinct health rhythmic exercise category, develop and disseminate a variety of Daoyinyangshenggong research programs can improve our health and quality of life.

초등교육 리듬운동 움직임표현에 관한 발달론적 접근

        정강우 ( Gang U Jeong ),황명자 ( Myeong Ja Hwang ) 한국리듬운동학회 2011 한국리듬운동학회지 Vol.4 No.2

This study is to show the concept and necessity of rhythm exercise expressions in elementary school education. Its main objective is to analyze theoretical backgrounds of understanding of physical exercise movements expressions, from the developmental theory viewpoint. Expressions of elementary school students` movements are radiating and improvised expression of images based on environmental reasons and these expressions are ways to meet their internal satisfactions. In these circumstances, teachers have to understand the basis of body movements and to do a systematical approach to get the educational results. Based on the above, study includes as follows, First, through detailed analysis of rhythmic movements in elementary school education, we emphasize the necessity of stereoscopic tools which are not related with generally accepted ideas but related with dynamic movements expression. Secondly, after we studied the changes in education curriculums regarding rhythm and expression exercises, we observed the ranges of rhythm exercises and its systems and correlations between them. Thirdly, teachers have to give motives to children and lead the execution processes so that the children could express positively and actively, but in real world, teachers don`t execute successfully. Main reason why teachers find difficult to teach movement expressions is that they think that teaching itself is complicated and hard to understand, but we cannot ignore the fact that the teachers don`t notice relationships between human physical responses and movement principles. With a developmental theory point of view, we analyzed infants` instinctive movements in order to help teachers to understand fundamentals of their movements. A result of this study showed first human movement is starting from birth to one year old when an infant starts to develop his movements. The most distinctive characteristics in this period are involuntary movements which are indifferent with infant`s intentions. We found these movements inform the detailed physical principles, which is to lead infants` natural movement practices, satisfy their instinctive expression desires and enable to predict their body movements. We insist that such physical principles, as a developmental theory viewpoint, could influence teachers and students to get out of just artistical research. Instead, they could be highly applied in experiencing imaginative and intellectual desires in their infants periods. Lastly, we understand that we don`t have sufficient essential teaching materials and class models and therefore, we ask more active responses and supports of education leaders who are responsible for these new educations.
