最近 産業發達과 더불어 産業廢棄物중의 有害 重金屬에 의한 中毒 事例는 날로 增加하고 있는 實情이다. 그 중 急慢性中毒時 심각한 病的 症狀을 일으키는 Cd과 다른 營養素와의 相互作用을 究明코저 한 하나의 試圖로서 著者는 多量 無機營養索중의 重要成分인 Ca과 Ca의 吸收에 重要한 影響을 미치는 vitamin D가 Cd中毒에 미치는 影響을 調査하기 위하여 CdCl₂溶液을 음료수(Cd 로서 20 ppm)로 하고 Ca 및 Ca과 vitamin D를 添加한 食餌를 Sprague-Dawley 系 흰쥐(♀)에게 80g 日間 給與시켰던 바 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다.<br/> 1. 體重增加量은 Cd 給與로 현저히 減少하였으나 Ca과 vitamin D 同時 給與로 抑制되었으며 各種 臟器重量에서 Cd給與로 인하여 腎臟과 脾臟의 重量은 有意하게 增加하였으나 Ca 및 Ca과 vitamin D의 同時 給與로 抑制되었다.<br/> 2. 血液중의 Hematocrit 値는 Cd給與로 현저히 減少하였으나 Ca 및 Ca과 vitamin D의 同時給與로 抑制되었으며 cholesterol은 Cd給與한 모든 郡에서 增加하였고, GOT, GPT, 總蛋白質, albumin, globulin 및 A/G ratio는 有意性이 나타나지 않았다.<br/> 3. 肝臟중의 無機質 含量은 Cd給與로 인하여 增加하였던 Cd과 Mg이 Ca 및 Ca과 vitamin D의 同時 給與로 減少하였고 Cu는 全體的으로 變化가 없었으며 Zn은 Cd 給與로 減少하였으나 Ca과 vitamin D의 給與에 의하여 增加하였고 Ca은 Ca과 vitamin D의 給與로 有意하게 增加하였다.<br/> 腎臟중의 無機質 含量은 Cd給與로 Cu, Mg은 減少하였으나 Ca, Zn은 變化가 없었고 Ca 및 Ca과 vitamin D의 給與로 Cd, Cu, Zn은 增加하였다. Recently, it has been reported that acute and chronic intoxication of Cd was concerned with environmental hygienic studies. In this study the effect of Ca and V-D was given directly into the diet with water containing the 20 ppm of Cd during 80 days.<br/> The results obtained were summarized as follows;<br/> 1. Administration of Ca and V-D inhibited the reduction of body weight induced by Cd. The internal organ weights of rats receiving Cd solution without Ca and V-D were generally increased except lung.<br/> 2. The values of hematocrit were higher in rats receiving Cd solution supplemented Ca and V-D than those doing Cd solution without Ca and V-D, and the levels of cholesterol were increased in experimental rats compared with control group. Total protein concentration in serum of the both group intaking the Ca and V-D, and without Ca and V-D was not significant.<br/> 3. The concentration of Cd and Mg in liver was increased in rats feeding only Cd solution than those doing Ca and V-D group, whereas the concentration of Cu, Zn and Ca was decreased. The concentration of Cd, Cu and Ca in kidney was decreased in only Cd solution group, whereas by supplementing Ca and vitamin D was increased the concentration of Cd, Cu and Zn.
