Gonadotropin 및 Chlorpromazine으로 前處置한 家兎 摘出子宮에 對한 子宮收縮藥의 效果 및 그들이 代謝에 미치는 影響

It is well known that estrogen increases the uterine motility and potentiates the uterine contractile effect of oxytocics. The pituitary gonadotropic hormone (gonadotropin) promotes the production of estrogen and potentiates the effect of chorionic gonadotropin. The secretion of gonadotropin is found out to be inhibited by chlorpromazine and reserpine. The author attempted to investigate the influence of chlorpromazine and chorionic gonadotropin on the uterine contractile effect of quinine and spareng (sparteine). And in order to study the mechanism of its effect the author estimated the cholinesterase activity, magnesium content of uterine muscle, total cholesterol content in the blood serum and blood sugar level. The following results were obtained. 1. The uterine contractility of the rabbit pretreated with chlorpromazine 24hours before experiment was inhibited by quinine and spareng, augmented by the pretreatment of chorionic gonadotropin. The sensitivity of the uterine contractility to quinine and spareng was remarkably augmented by the pretreatment with chlorpromazine and gonadotropin than that of gonadotropin alone. 2. The cholinesterase activity in the uterine muscle of the rabbit was decreased by quinine and spareng. Those effect was inhibited by the pretreatment with chlorpromazine and augmented by gonadotropin alone or gonadotropin with chlorpromazine. 3. The magnesium contents in the uterine muscle of the rabbit were decreased by quinine and spareng. The decreasing tendency of magnesium content was inhibited by the pretreatment with chlorpromazine and augmented by gonadotropin alone or gonadotropin with chlorpromazine. 4. After the administration of gonadotropin, the total cholesterol content in blood was increased for two consecutive days, and was decreased from the 3rd day, but after the administration of chlorpromazine alone or chlorpromazine with gonadotropin, the total cholesterol content in blood was increased gradually as time elapsed. 5. After the administration of gonadotropin, the blood sugar content was increased continuously for three consecutive days but was decreased five days after. The administration of chlorpromazine alone or chlorpromazine with gonadotropin, the blood sugar content was increased continuously for two consecutive days and was decreased three days after. As it is shown on the above experimental study, it was proved that the sensitivity of the uterine contractile effect of quinine and spareng was increased by the pretreatment with chlorpromazine and gonadotropin, but further study is needed to clarify its precise mechanism.
언어자본 관점에서 본 재미동포 2세 한국어 학습자의 정체성에 관한 내러티브 활용 연구

본 연구는 재미동포 2세의 정체성 발달과 한국어학습의 상호작용에 대한 이해를 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 전통적 언어능력의 개념을 언어학습자의 사회적 위치와 불가분의 관계인 상징적 자본으로 대체한 Bourdieu의 언어자본 이론 중, ‘언어 하비투스’, ‘코드화’ 그리고 ‘구별짓기’ 등의 개념을 탐색하고 언어가 정체성 협상의 매개이자 정체성 해석의 근본임을 전제로, 재미동포 2세 3명의 한국어학습과 사용 경험 내러티브를 언어자본적 관점에서 살폈다. 이후 이들의 정체성을 한국적, 주변적, 혼성적 특성으로 나누어 분석하고, 언어사회학 및 자본적 관점에서의 연구 모색 요구 그리고 콩글리시 표현에 관한 체계적인 연구 및 재미동포 2세가 지향하는 언어․문화적 신호 등 4가지를 제안하였다. 본 연구에서는 한국어교육 방안 모색의 하나로 정체성 연구의 필요성과 중요성을 사회학적 관점에서 제기했으며, 재미동포 2세 한국어 학습자의 내러티브 분석을 Bourdieu가 주장한 언어자본 이론을 적용하여 그 함의를 살펴 미국 내 한국어교육의 발전을 위한 장기적이고 거시적인 전망 마련을 위한 기초자료를 제시하였다. This study aims to understand the relationship between Korean language learning and the identity development of second generation Korean Americans, as human resources. Bourdieu s language capital theories, ‘language habitus’, ‘distinction’ and ‘codification’ based on the concept of traditional language ability as a symbolic capital and its connection with the social status of language learners, are explored. Key points and four proposals about identity are made on Korean-ness, hybrid and the marginal man of three second generation Korean Americans by analyzing their Korean language learning and usage experience from a language capital perspective where language is the medium for identity negotiations and basis of identity interpretation. This study states the importance of identity research for seeking specific educational measures of Korean language education from a sociological perspective by examining the narrative analysis of second-generation Korean language learners with Bourdieu s idea of language capital.
