본 연구의 목적은 제주도의 물류현황과 그 특징을 파악하여 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. 제주도를 SOC시설의 확충면에서 보면 전국대비 1%정도의 비율을 차지하고 있으나, 섬이라는 특수성으로 인해 화물의 수송을 전적으로 해운과 항공에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 또한 도내 운송의 경우는 도로가 100%를 담당하고 있어, 환경적인 측면과 비용적인 측면에서 다른 연계시스템도입을 고려해 볼 시점이다. 이러한 제주도가 현재 가지고 있는 물류의 현황과 문제점들을 찾아내어 제주도내와 내륙간의 효율적이고 원활한 물류흐름을 위한 개선방안에 대하여 연구하였다. This paper is aimed to analysis the logistics system of the Jeju Island Jeju Island has a special feature about logistics system different from inland. In recent gradually increase of the jeju freight volumes but it ms some problems about the port facilities shortage. We try to find the problems of the jeju and propose that an improvement plan.

본 연구에서는 동북아 지역에서 협력과 공존을 위한 부가가치 물류 전략방안들을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 국내산업구조의 변화와 일본슈퍼중추항만계획 및 중국의 대수심 양산항만의 건설 등으로 인해 국내 항만물류산업은 이들과의 경쟁을 피할 수 없게 되었다. 국내산업 구조의 변화로 수출물량의 감소와 양국의 새로운 항만정책과 건설로 인한 환적화물의 감소는 현재 컨테이너 물동량 처리 위주로 운영되고 있는 부산항 항만물류산업에 커다란 영향을 미칠 것으로 사료된다. 이제는 컨테이너 물동량 처리를 통하여 항만의 수익을 얻으려는 것에는 한계가 있으며, 향후 중국의 신항만 증가에 따라 중국으로 직기항하는 선박들이 많아질 경우 동북아 거점항만이 되기 위해 노력했던 국내 물류전략들은 수정이 불가피할 것이다. 그리고 경쟁이 아니 상호 협력과 공존을 위한 전략이 필요하다고 하겠다. 그래서 본 논문은 협력과 공존을 통해 서로가 공생할 수 있는 부가가치 물류 전략방안들을 연구해 보았다. In this study, it is purpose that value-added-logistics strategy plan for cooperation and coexistence in northeast asia.. Because of the change of domestic industrial structure, Japan's super hub port plan, Yangshan Deepwater port open of china and domestic port logistics industries are faced with competition among northeast asia countries. Decreasing export volume of changed domestic industrial structure and two countries: japen, china, make a new port policy and build new ports will affect domestic port logistics industries because these industries depend on container throughput at Busan port. Now, we cannot get a lot of profit from container throughput more than before and in the future China has more ports most ships direct calling in china's port to handle china's cargo volume to get more profit at that time our plans to become a hub port in northeast need revision. Finally, we need a new strategy which is value-added-logistics strategy. But it considers cooperation and coexistence among northeast countries. So this paper suggests that value-added-logistics strategy plan for cooperation and coexistence to live in affluence together in the future.

세계항만.해운 시장은 역동적으로 변화하고 있으며, 현재 9.000TEU급 선박이 취항하여 정기 서비스를 시작하고 있으며 이러한 환경속에 세계항만들은 선도적인 위치를 차지하기 위하여 엄청난 자금을 투입하고, 법.제도 등의 규제를 완화하고 있다. 이러한 큰 물결속에 항만물류산업의 중요성이 커지고 있으며, 이는 항만선택 시 고려되는 서비스질의 향상과도 깊은 관련이 있다. 항만물류산업의 한 분야라고 할 수 있는 검수는 없어서는 안되는 중요한 요소이나 그 중요성이 간과되고 있는 실정이다. 또한 아직 검수에 대한 논문이나 보고서 등을 찾아볼 수 없는 현 상황에서 본 논문은 현재 국내 검수에 대한 현황조사 및 설문을 통한 분석을 실시하고 향후 국내 검수업이 나아가야 할 방향을 제시해 보고자 한다. World port and shipping market are changing dynamically, now 9,000TEU vessel made a maiden voyage and served liner service. So world ports try to occupy leading position and they are changing their regulations and law. Because port logistics industry's importance is bigger than before and when shipping companies select port, it is related with improvement of service quality. Tally is indispensable element in port logistics industry but overlooking its importance. Also, now we can't find any papers or reports about tally, so this paper suggests the direction that go forward about domestic tally guideline through present condition through investigation and question's analysis.

World ports and shipping markets are changing dynamically. The 9,000TEUs classed container vessels are avaiable to enter service now so liner services are ready to start. With regard to the changing environment, the world ports ease regulations as well as invest funds to be leading ports. As a result, the importance of port logistics industry is getting bigger than before. It has an effect on improvement of service quality when a shipping company selects a port. The importance of tally, one of the necessary elements in the port logistics industry ís overlooked and there is no researches for tally yet. This paper suggests plans for the development of domestic tally after the investigations and analysis of survey are conducted.
