This paper proposes an isolated bidirectional three-phase push-pull dc-dc converter for high power application such as eco-friendly vehicles, renewable energy systems, energy storage systems, and solid-state transformers. The proposed converter achieves ZVS turn-on of all switches and volume of passive components is small by an effect of three-phase interleaving. The proposed converter has identical switching pattern for both boost and buck mode, and therefore can provide seamless characteristic at the mode transition. A 3kW prototype of the proposed converter has been built and tested to verify the validity of the proposed operation.

부산지역 과학관의 실태조사 분석을 통한 지역과학관 활성화 방안 연구

본 연구는 지역 과학관이 지역사회의 과학교육과 과학 대중화에 유의미하게 부응하고 있는지를 부산 지역 과학관 실태 분석을 통해 살펴보고 이를 바탕으로 지역 과학관을 활성화시킬 수 있는 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 과학교육의 진흥이라는 일관되고 광범위한 목적으로 과학관이 운영되고 있으며, 교통이 불편하여 접근성이 낮아 지역적 특성을 살린 소규모 특성화 과학관 확충이 필요하다. 둘째, 과학관의 전시 공간이 부족하고 전시물에 대한 평면적 전시가 많아 좁은 공간을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 다양한 전시기법의 활용과 체험 위주의 전시형태로의 진환이 필요하다. 셋째, 교육프로그램 내용의 다양성과 일반 시민을 위한 과학 강연 및 강좌 부족하며, 학교 교육과의 연계가 잘 되지 않아 과학교육 목표 달성이 비효율적이므로 관람대상에 따른 다양한 프로그램을 운영하여 일반 대중의 적극적 참여를 유도하고 학교교육 및 사회교육과 연계된 과학관 교육프로그램을 다양하게 개발해야 한다. 넷째, 과학관의 인력 구조면에서 교육연구직의 비중이 적고 자원봉사자의 활용도가 낮으므로 다양한 법적 · 제도적 정비를 통해 진문 인력 양성과 과학적 소양인 및 외부 인력자원의 활용을 모색해야 한다. 다섯째, 사이버 과학관 운영에 있어 진시자료에 대한 평면적인 자료 제시 뿐 아니라 과학관 전시 및 연구 자료에 대한 데이터베이스 구축, 양방향적이고 과학 학습력을 증진시킬 수 있는 사이버 과학관을 확충 · 운영해야 한다. This study suggests several action plans for activating the local science museum through investigate and analyze the actual condition of science museums in Busan area. The research was done to know the local museums are contributed to popularization of science and science education. First, most of local science museums are managed with the old-fashioned and vague goal of the promotion of science education. Besides, the accessibility is very low due to the inconvenience of the transportation. So the small-scale specific science museum which has regional character needs to be expanded. Second, the space for exhibition is not enough and mostly there are plane displays not solid one. It should be designed to have high utilization of the place and children can have experiences with the displays in that place. Third, generally the local science museums are shortage of various educational program and science class for the public. They don't connect with school education very well for that reason they have few achievements in science education. Therefore they should lead the participants of the public to the science and develop the various and interesting science education programs. Forth, the human resources organization at the science museums is less educated professional staff and worse use of volunteers through various legal and systemical consolidation it should carry out educating professional staffs and best use of volunteers. Firth, to manage the cyber-science museum, not only exhibiting plane data but also computerizing data it should operate the cyber-science museums for improving the science learning ability opportunity.
