        중국 여가 산업의 발전상황과 특징에 관한 연구

        ◈This thesis studied about the expansive trend of the leisure industry in china which matured by economic growth and the change of the industrial structure and the meaning of the leisure industry through the strategy of country in China.The growth and rearing of the leisure industry in China is noticed by a promising industry which contribute the stimulation of the domestic demand and well balanced development among regions. In addition, it is contributed the Chinese’s improvement in the quality of life that the reduction of business hours like Western Europe and great holidays such as CHUNJIL, LAODONGJIL(labor day), GUOQINGJIL.Through the journey of the weekend, people tend to recover their body and soul. These tendencies made a new word which is called “A holiday economy”.According to those reasons, recent Chinese people spend their time in trip, theater and music hall. The new policy of the work hours like Western Europe and great holidays gave 115 regular holidays of the year to Chinese and the satisfaction of the steady economic growth during 25 years make people become to realize the importance of their daily life as a consumer.The growth of the leisure industry in china has steady economic growth which chases the improvement in quality of the life. Also it has very special meaning by important way which can solve the inequality growth among regions in China. Needless to say, it is true that the latest leisure industry in china has many problems which had to improve because the history of the leisure industry is so short compare to the advanced countries.Nevertheless, leisure industry is not only one of the promising industriesbut also expected very good mean which can build harmonious socialism.         한국 여가레크리에이션 2급지도자의 활동실태에 관한 고찰

        In this study, the present state of activities carried on the second-grade leisure & recreation leaders, who were authorized by the Leisure & Recreation Association in Korea, were surveyed and abstraction factors on their activities were analyzed. With the result, improvement and supplementary methods are presented in order to contribute to strengthen the base in fostering leisure & recreation leaders, and vitalize their activities. The results from this study were as fallow ; 1. In the provinces, men and women leaders are almost same, in their activities. But in Seoul women leaders are more active than men ire the light of facts that 71% of active leaders are women. The share of leaders age ranging from 21 to 31 are 57% in the provinces and 70% in Seoul. 69% of the leaders are incollege and over in the province and 77% in Seoul. 11% are professional leads in the provinces and 18% in Seoul. 2. Presently, 74%(in the provinces) and 75%(in Seoul) of authorized second-grade leaders are ingaged in recreational activtiies. 3. Among the leaders, 51% and 47% have their own occupation at school, hospital, welfare facility, religion group, and so on, while 25% and 39% have no specific occupation. The main fields they are taking action are game, dance and music, and the participation groups they are teaching are mainly youths housewaves. 4. The worst abstruction factor on their activities is participants` lack of understanding on recreation and the next is lack of recreational instruments and facilities in the provinces and in Seoul. 5. 96% and 68% of the leaders think the certificated of qualification are necessary. 6. 65% and 64% of the leaders are satisfied at their job or activities, while 6% and 13% are not satisfied thinking the reasons are lack of recreational instrument, facility, government` support as well as their own experiment, study, and qualification. 7. Requests of leaders against the Leisure & Recreation Association in Korea are provision of re-education, dissenmination of information, provision of activity opportunity, and efficient management of member leaders in the provinces and Seoul. Especially in the provinces they want lectures living in their area and some aid.

        한국여가 레크리에이션 2 급 지도자의 활동실태에 관한 일고찰

        In this study, the present state of activities carried on by the second-grade leisure & recreation leaders, who were authorized by the Leisure & Recreation Association in Korea, were surveyed and obstruction factors on their activities were analyzed. With the result, improvement and supplementary methods are presented in order to contribute to strengthen the base in fostering leisure & recreation leaders, and vitalize their activities. For the survey, from 800 out of total 2,235 leisure & recreation leaders authorized as second-grade leaders during 1988, 1989, and 1990, the answer sheets for the questionnaires are collected by mail. Among them only 297 sheets which were answered appropriately, were analyzed and emerged results are as follows; 1. Woman leaders are more active than men in the light of facts that 71% of active leaders are women, and the share of leaders age ranging from 21 to 30 are 70%. 75% of the leaders are college graduates and over, and 18% are professional leaders, while rest of them are non-professional. 2. Presently, 75% of the authorized second-grade leaders are ingaged in recreational activities, and 57% are actively participated in activities more than once a week. 3. Among the leaders, 47% have their own occupation at school, hospital, welfare facility, religion group, and so on, while 39% have no specific occupation. The main fields they are taking action are game, dance and music, and the participating groups they are teaching are mainly youths and housewives. 4. The worst obstruction factor an their activities is participants` tack of understanding on recreation, and the next is lack of recreational instruments and facilities. 5. 68% of the leaders think the certificate of qualification not necessary, while the rest think it necessary. 6. 64% of the leaders are satisfied at their job or activities, while 13% are not satisfied thinking the reasons are lack of recreational instrument, facility, government` support as well as their own experiment, study, and qualification. 7. Requests of leaders against the Leisure & Recreation Association in Korea are provision of re-education, dissemination of information, provision of activity opportunity, and efficient management of member leaders.
