중국인의 시니어타운에 대한 선호도 연구 -싱싱호 레저 휴양형 시니어타운에 대한 태도-

오늘날 고령화는 전 세계적으로 주요한 사회문제 중 하나임에는 이견이 없다. 그 중 세계 인구의 1/5을 차지하는 중국 역시 고령화 문제가 점차 사회문제로 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 <길림성싱싱호 레저휴양형 시니어타운 조성계획>을 사례로 일반 중국인들이 시니어 타운 조성사업에 대한 태도를 파악하고 일반 중국인들의 레저 휴양형 시니어타운에 대한 선호도를 파악하려고 하는 것이 연구목적이며, 이를 통해 레저 휴양형 시니어타운이 현재 중국 실정과 중국의 양로 방식에 적합성 여부를 검토하려고 한다. 중국 양로문제 및 일반 시니어타운에 대한 태도, 길림성 ‘싱싱호 레저휴양형 시니어타운 사업’에 대한 태도 조사를 통하여, 현재 장춘시 시민들이 선호하는 양로방식을 알아보고, 시민들의 ‘싱싱호 레저 휴양형 시니어타운 사업’에 대한 태도를 통해서 본 사업의 타당성을 검토하였다. 설문 결과를 통해서 많은 장춘 시민들은 자신에 양로문제에 대해 관심을 갖고 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 많은 사람들이 레저휴양형 시니어타운이라는 양로방식을 인지하고 있고 이러한 시니어타운에 대해 상대적으로 긍정적으로 본다는 것을 알 수 있었다. Today, aging is one of the major social problems in the world. China, which accounts for one-fifth of the world's population, is also increasingly becoming a social issue. The purpose of this study is to understand the attitude of ordinary Chinese to the Senior Town formation project of the Senior Town in China and to examine whether the Leisure-recreation Senior Town is suitable for the current state of China and the way it is treated. Through the survey of senior citizens' attitudes toward China's elderly and general senior towns and the Gillimseong's "Singsingho Leisure-recreation Senior Town Project," Jangchun City's current preference for senior citizens was explored and the feasibility of the project was reviewed through citizens' attitude toward the "Singsingho Leisure-recreation Senior Town Project." The survey results show that many Jangchun citizens are interested in the issue of seniority. So it turns out that many people are aware of the old way of the leisure-recreation Senior Town, which is relatively positive.
