대중골프클럽의 서비스품질: 서비스가치, 고객만족 및 재방문와의 관계

This study investigates the effects of service quality on service value, customer satisfaction, and revisit intention in public golf clubs.The results of this study are summarized as follows ; First, service quality positively affect service value, customer satisfaction, revisit intention. Second, service value also positively affect customer satisfaction and revisit intention. Third, customer satisfaction have effect on the revisit intention. These results imply that golf clubs are also a major part of service industry and have characteristics of service industry. Specifically, consumer perceived that the golf game as core product and the services related to game as important product. These results also indicate that management should consider services related to golf club as surrounding factor and service marketing strategy as multi dimensional factors including ones related or not to golf game. 골프산업은 다른 서비스산업분야와는 달리 소비자들의 경기참여라는 스포츠산업의 한 분야임과 동시에 레저관광산업의 한 부분을 차지하고 있는 복합개념의 서비스산업으로 볼 수 있다. 하지만 지금까지 골프산업에 대한 연구접근은 스포츠적 특성에 국한된 것이 현실이고 서비스적 성격을 고려한 마케팅적 접근은 미약하였다.본 연구는 이러한 골프산업의 서비스적 특성에 대해 기존연구를 토대로 대중골프클럽의 서비스품질에 대한 이용자들의 지각수준을 측정하고 이와 서비스가치, 고객만족 및 재방문의도와 관계를 실증적으로 접근하였다. 연구결과, 대중골프클럽에 대한 이용자들의 서비스품질지각 수준은 서비스가치, 고객만족 및 재방문의도와 정의 관계에 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 특히 이용자들이 지각한 서비스품질요소 중 신뢰성, 공감성 요인이 고객만족과 서비스가치 및 재방문의도에 정의 영향을 미치는 것은 고객에 대한 이해와 의사전달 그리고 접근가능성과 같은 요소들과 함께 대고객 신뢰도가 서비스환경에 있어 중요한 요소임을 보여주는 것이고 할 수 있다. 이는 기존의 타 서비스산업분야에서 적용된 서비스품질 관련연구들과 그 맥락을 같이 함을 보여준다. 이러한 결과는 대중골프클럽에서 경기관련 요소는 물론 경기외적인 서비스적 요소에 대한 보다 구체적인 마케팅전략수립에의 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

3D 프린터로 제작된 도구를 이용한 연부조직가동술(IASTM) 적용방법에 따른 근활성도 비교

This study aim to verify the difference in muscle activity due to difference in the direction of the stroking method for the stroke direction of the muscles using a tool made by a 3D printer. The subjects were conducted with 20 healthy adults in their 20s, and IASTM applied the intervention of the perpendicular stroking on the direction of muscle driving and intervention of the pararell stroking on the direction of muscle driving, with 10 each deployed. All subjects measured the muscle activity before intervention, and the muscle activity was measured and compared with the independent T test and the paired T test. The results of this study showed a significant increase in muscle activity in vertical groups, although the muscle activity in horizontal groups decreased. It was that differences in direction are significant in the application of IASTM. 본 연구는 3D 프린터로 제작 도구를 이용하여 근육의 주행방향에 대해 강찰법 방향의 차이로 인한 근활성도 차이를 확인하고자 한다. 대상자는 건강한 20대 성인 20명으로 진행하였고, IASTM을 근육 주행방향의 수직 강찰법 중재(수직군)와 근육 주행방향의 수평 강찰법 중재(수평군)를 적용하였으며 대상자를 각 10명씩 배치하였다. 모든 대상자는 중재 전과 후의 근활성도를 독립표본 t-검정과 대응표본 t-검정을 사용하여 측정, 비교하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 수평군에서 근활성도가 감소하였으나 수직군에서 근활성도는 유의한 증가가 나타났다. 이는 IASTM의 적용에 방향성의 차이가 의미가 있음을 알 수 있다.

도구를 이용한 연부조직 가동술 적용 시 진동의 유무가 근활성도에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to confirm the effect of vibration on muscle activity in IASTM. The subjects were 20 healthy adults. The intervention applied in this study was IASTM applied to the biceps brachii muscle. In the case of the experimental group, unlike the control group, the vibration function was turned on when IASTM was applied. The interventions for each group were applied, and the muscle activity of the biceps brachii muscle was measured before and after the intervention. All measured values were calculated as %MVIC values, dependent t test and independent t test were performed and analyzed for comparisons. As a result of this study, only in the control group, the muscle activity of the biceps brachii muscle after the intervention was significantly decreased compared to before the intervention. When vibration is applied together with IASTM, the relaxation effect is reduced, which is considered to be inappropriate for treatment. 본 연구는 도구를 이용한 연부조직 가동술 적용 시 진동의 유무가 근활성도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 수행되었다. 대상자는 건강한 성인 20명이다. 본 연구의 적용된 중재는 위팔두갈래근에 적용된 연부조직 가동술이며, 실험군의 경우는 대조군과 달리 연부조직 가동술 적용 시 진동 기능을 켜 적용하였다. 모든 대상자는 각 집단에 해당하는 중재를 적용 받았으며, 중재 전과 후로 위팔두갈래근의 근활성도를 측정하였다. 측정된 모든 값은 %MVIC 값으로 계산되었고, 대응 t검정과 독립 t검정을 수행하여 이를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과 대조군에서만 중재 적용 후 위팔두갈래근의 근활성도가 중재 적용 전에 비해 유의하게 감소하였다. 본 연구의 결과에 따르면, 도구를 이용한 연부조직 가동술 적용 시 진동이 함께 적용되면 이완 효과를 감소시켜 치료에 적절치 못한 것으로 사료 된다.
