It has a routine to get ready for food and make it delicious, and it is a part of our life which is different from artistic concept because we take it for granted. Looking into the history of Korea, the dining area has been considered as pragmatism since the economic development is always the priority. Along with the extension of social culture of pursuing the composure of life, people`s food culture has showed many changes as improving their life style. The recognition and concerns of better dinning environment has influenced the stream of food service industry and is showing a rapid change. The interest on dining environment by customers has substantial impact on customer satisfaction in 5 factors such as aesthetic display, convenience, entertainment, harmonious display, and pleasant feeling of dining environment. Nowadays, it is on great demand for advanced and individual decoration for dining area since the situation is changing and the demand of customers is being equalized due to the development of internet and various information sources.
