음악감상에 기초한 문학-음악 연계활동이 유아의 음악적 성향과 창의성에 미치는 효과

본 연구의 목적은 음악 감상에 기초한 문학-음악 연계활동을 고안․실시하여 유아의 음악적 성향과 창의성에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 B시에 소재한 어린이집 만 5세 유아 30명을 실험집 단과 통제집단으로 임의 배정하였다. 연구도구는 방은영(2008)이 개발한 ‘유아 음악적 성향’ 평정척도와 전경원(2010)이 개발한 유아 종합 창의성 검사를 사용하였다. 실험집단과 통제집단간 차이를 알아보기 위해 t-검증을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 음악 감상에 기 초한 문학-음악 연계활동은 음악적 흥미, 음악적 유능, 음악적 가치, 음악적 의지 등 유아의 음악적 성향 이 전반적으로 향상되었으며 둘째, 음악 감상에 기초한 문학-음악 연계활동은 유창성, 융통성, 독창성, 상 상력 등 유아의 창의성이 전반적으로 향상되었다. 이러한 결과는 음악 감상에 기초한 문학-음악 연계활 동이 유아의 음악적 성향과 창의성에 효과가 있음을 의미한다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of literature-music connecting activities based on musical appreciation on young children's musical attitude and creativity. The classes were randomly divided into an experiment group and a control group with fifteen children respectively. Test tools of musical propensity developed by Bang Eun Young(2008) and K-CCTYC developed by Jeon Kyung Won(2010) were used for data collection. A t-test was conducted to find out the difference between the experimental group and the control group. The results of the study are as follows. First, literature-music connecting activities based on musical appreciation generally improved young children’s musical attitude such as musical interest, musical ability, musical value, and musical will. Second, literature-music connecting activities based on musical appreciation generally improved young children’s creativity such as fluency, flexibility, imagination, and originality.

보육교사의 자아탄력성과 사회적 지지 및 심리적 안녕감과의 관계 분석

본 연구는 보육교사의 자아탄력성과 사회적 지지 및 심리적 안녕감이 어떤지 살펴보고, 그 관계는 어떠하며, 자아탄력성과 사회적 지지가 심리적 안녕감에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 광주광역시에 소재한 어린이집에 근무 중인 보육교사 210명을 대상으로 자아탄력성, 사회적 지지, 심리적 안녕감을 측정하기 위한 평정척도를 활용하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교사의 자아탄력성, 사회적 지지, 심리적 안녕감은 보통이상의 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 자아탄력성과 사회적 지지 및 심리적 안녕감 간에는 유의미하게 높은 정적 상관이 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사의 심리적 안녕감에 낙관적 태도, 자신감, 물질적 지지의 순서로 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 보육교사의 심리적 안녕감을 높이는 보육환경 조성에 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. This study aims to investigate general trends and the relationship between child care teachers’ ego-resilience, social support, and psychological well-being, and to elucidate how ego-resilience and social support affect teachers’ psychological well-being. A rating scale was utilized to evaluate ego-resilience, social support, and psychological well-being of 210 child care teachers working in nurseries located in Gwangju City. The major findings of this study are as follows. First, teachers’ self-resilience, social support, and psychological well-being were all above the normal level. Second, child care teachers’ self-resilience, social support, and psychological well-being showed a meaningfully high positive correlation. Third, optimistic attitude, self-confidence, and material support contribute to enhance teachers’ psychological well-being in that order. The results of this study are expected to provide baseline data for establishing child care environments which increase teachers’ sense of psychological well-being.
